Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I would have liked bread available for toast at breakfast and the bathroom and hotel generally in need of a refurb.
It was what I expected from a hotel at this level.......

We were given a room that smelled like a locker room. Had to request a 2nd which was fine. Water purchased there was incredibly over priced! It would be good to have no sugar yogurt for breakfast who can’t have sugary ones

Very little options for the breakfast, otherwise is a total 10.

I don't know if people have the same comfort issue as me but I couldn't figure out how to regulate the temp very well and ended up just using the fan instead of the heat/AC. It was too hot, (but the machine read 70) and then it was too cold. In the end, I left the fan on for a little to try to balance it and that eventually was the best decision.
The bed was comfortable; although I prefer firmer pillows and the ones they had were super soft. The water pressure in the shower was so so nice; really delightful. The staff that I interacted with were very nice and kind. I was here for a conference and thought that this was a good choice. It was my first time at Fairfield and I would stay again.

After numerous attempts, we couldn't connect to the internet.
The breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly while getting our breakfast. We loved the variety of toppings for the oatmeal. Tne room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The front desk staff were rather unpleasant with us, seemingly because we were not business-oriented clientele. There was an air of disdain present in the front desk staff's mannerisms when they found out we were simply a married couple on vacation.
The facilities and room were very clean, roomy, and comfortable. Although we were placed in a ground-level room, we had a very nice and quiet stay.

There was no microwave in the room.
Fairfield has an indoor pool which we unfortunately didn’t get to enjoy. It’s close to lots of good resturants.

We booked on booking.com and i booked a king bed with a sofa bed and when we got to the room there was no sofa. They had to bring a roll away bed up bc there were 4 of us.

I did not care for the way the bathroom door opened towards the toilet. It hindered the space in the bathroom.
Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Ample space for two guests. Desk area was a bonus.

Dysfunctional heat/ aircon. Dishonest staff- received contradictory info. I could write a book about what happened. Upon other lies, they double booked me even though I did not request it. They would not admit their errors and tried to blame me for their wrong doing. Additionally, Jordan, who worked at the front counter, was unbelievably rude. He should not be working with the public. I would avoid this hotel and try the other options across the street.

Did not realize it was under construction. Strong smell of glue for the new rugs that were down If wanted complimentary breakfast you had to go across parking lot to sister hotel /cold and rainy no thank you

No hot water. TV was updated. Room heater was not running properly.
