We didn’t realize that they don’t clean the room every day. So we had to request clean towels. We forgot to ask for more coffee! Other than that, the room was nice and clean.

If you have a laptop and need to connect to the internet, you first have to call an IT specialist with Marriott. This has to happen every time you stay at a Marriott property. The call takes about 30 minutes. I was unaware of this new process. I lost an entire day of productivity as a result. The front desk staff gave me the IT specialist phone number after I told them I needed internet access with my laptop. I guess it slipped the front staff’s mind when we checked in.

The booking.com said 1 king bed with 1 sofa bed. Instead the room had only one 1 king bed. With family it was uncomfortable and also shocking to being sold wrong information.

Charged more than my booking rate was guaranteed at. When asked about it the staff said there is nothing they can do, they were charging me $35 more no matter what, and I had to call booking to dispute. When I said that has never been the case anywhere I have stayed when the price was more than the guarantee, and they threatened me to either “shutup and go back to my room now.” or they would have me removed.

Absolutely nothing

It’s a great place to stay while in Dover, DE. It’s clean. It never price gouges like most of the other stays in Dover do. It’s safe. Adequate, well-lit parking that is free. Very attentive staff that see to your every need.

Greasy stuff, flavorless food. We stayed on the 2nd floor. Below our window was the entrance. A loudspeaker played loud music which made it difficult to fall asleep. Finally, at 1:30 AM my wife called the front desk to stop the music. The staff member said she would turn it off. Half hour layer the music was still on. Around 2 AM I got out of bed, went to see why it was not turned off. The member told she did not know how to do it but would call the manager to find out. 30 minutes later the music was turned off. We had a ruined night's sleep.

Everything was good. I observed the staff and they were so attentive to detail. They were squeaky clean. Just remembered that I did seen to get the sickening scent of dog presence, although I was told it was pet friendly but he rooms were separate.

The facility is exceptionally clean and in great condition. The rooms are well sized with beautiful decor. The entire facility smells clean. The bed and bedding are comfortable. The free breakfast is fresh and offers something for even the most picky of eaters. The staff are friendly and courteous.

Our room smelled like Marijuana!! The bed had hair in it,asked for clean linen and had to change the sheets myself. Shower was dirty..I was told the manager would talk to me the next day never heard or seen anyone!!
