Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe hotel had an odor. Also, the room was not the greatest. The tub shower was disgusting looking it needs to be replaced stained and nasty. The toilet half the time flushed. The TV didn’t work half the time and the breakfast was a joke. I have stayed at other Comfort Inn and they have been fine. This is by far the worst I’ve ever seen.

United StatesThe rooms were filthy, there was BLOOD on the bathroom door and closet door frame, there was no iron, no hair dryer, there was mold around the tub, the medical bars were not secure, your little snack bar are was almost empty, your items laid out for breakfast should not be called a breakfast. No owner and No manager available to talk with about our problems. A refund is definitely due on this stay, you really should update your Hotel not even one USB port anywhere in the room. Quit being cheap and do some updates, now do the refund.

I had booked the Oxford Inn but when I arrived they didn't have a ground floor room like I had requested and was confirmed. The front desk clerk was behind a bullet proof window and had a very thick Indian accent I could barely understand. He informed me there was no phone, no wifi, to tv and I'd have to pay cash since the computers were down due to the recent hurricane that hit much further south. I thought it was odd that the ATM worked but nothing else. He tried to offer me a downstairs room with 2 beds for a higher price but I declined and cancelled the reservation. I booked the Comfort Inn in the parking lot and it had a room for me and was even closer to where I wanted to be. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, no bugs, comfy bed, good a/c and quiet. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

United StatesWe walked in to a customer and staff member having a heated exchange. It was not professional. The hallways have peeling wallpaper and stained carpet. It smelled dank and musty. The drywall on the hallway ceilings was unfinished. Our bathroom had mold in the ceiling above the shower and the wallpaper above the vanity had bubbled, representing either a past or present water leak.
