Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The front desk staff was not engaging. We waited quite a long time to check in with no one else checking in or out.

Pillows - all too soft. Wasn't happy about what appeared to be black mold in the shower. Three separate areas where the top of shower and ceiling met.

#1. Received notice on day of water shutoff instead of prior notice. #2. Room cleaning was to be every 2days. At one point it was 4days between cleans. #3 internet updates didn't allow for stream ch to be viewed

Our shower door wouldn't close completely, so water would leak out onto the floor.
The hot tub was working. The facility was clean, yet didn't smell strongly of industrial fragrance.

Breakfast choices could be a little bit better.Having two types of those awful Sausages was not good. The first day we had bacon but the other two were just sausages. Some cheese is might be good as well

Location was great, near amenities like gas, grocery Starbucks. The room was comfortable the staff were friendly. WIFI was great. I'll stay there again on the return trip.

I could not get very many TV channels and was not aware that the house cleaning only came every other day.. Did think the hotel was a little expensive. I live in Boston and there are Boston hotels you can get for that much on the weekend.
Francisco at the front desk was very helpful and always available. And the best thing was that I had requested. The duvet be removed in summer. Lightweight blankets put on along with soft pillows it was there and waiting for me. No problems!

You have to request housekeeping when you need it. Only 2 towels in room for 2 people.

What you would expect for the price. Nice room convenient parking and the staff was fine. Breakfast was a little bit above average but still hotel fast food.

I didn't like that there was not daily housekeeping. When we checked in, they asked if we WANTED housekeeping and we said yes. We then were told it was every other day. Houskeeper knocked before we left for the day, and we asked for five minutes. She said she'd come back, but when we returned at the end of the day no one had been there.
Breakfast was good. Good selection of choices.

The shower kept stopping up. The drain needed to be cleaned out. I did tell them about it but the maintenence wasn't going to be there until the weekend. So ever time we showered it was like a bath.
Full breakfast, eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, oatmeal, waffles, breads, juices, coffee. There was coffee available all day. Bed is very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I will definitely stay there again.

The daytime staff was very nice! I think the pool was heated but I wasn’t able to use it :( Room was spacious and beds were comfy

I think it's a bit pricey but at least you get what you pay for.
Check in was super quick and staff was great. I love that a real breakfast is included rather than just a continental one. The pool is nice (even though we didn't use it because we were already in town for a swim meet). Bed was really comfortable and we slept great.
