The bathroom was dirty with long black hair all over the back of the door and in the bathtub, and within 2 days, i saw large bugs/ roaches 3 times. I Avised the staff at the counter as i was leaving, she did not seem concerned. The toilet wouldn4 flush when i areived at the hotel and i had to fix the chain that connects to the flapper. i additionally showed a picture of one of the huge roaches to the lady, and she didn't seem to care. So as far as ratings, great location, good price, but that proce is for a very good reason folks.

Breakfast could have been better all around. The pool should have been better controlled——Heated does not mean you can only stick your toes in and chatter like a frozen chipmunk.

The breakfast was disappointing. We have stayed here many times before, and the breakfast has always been full and had a variety of items….This trip was not so….The first morning we were there the food was almost empty at 8:30 am. We had to ask for milk to be brought out. The second morning was about the same-we opted to go out to eat because there was very little to offer. We did eat there one other time, but it was not very pleasing. The pool is supposed to be heated, but it was so cold you could barely put your toes in. Other people we saw also said the same thing. When a child cannot stand the temperature and stays huddled on the corner, there is something wrong with that picture. I did mention this to the front desk and they said they would take care of it——-Never happened. During checkout I mentioned it again and the lady said they keep it at 70 degrees- the pool was a lot colder than that. Needless to say, we will most likely choose another place next trip. When amenities are included in your stay, you should be able to use them. The bathroom is a very poor design. The door had to be forced and scrubbed against the toilet in order to access the shower. Not sure, but it seems like there is new management and things are not as they were.

There were renovations being done that really should have been mentioned on the site. One of the biggest things we look for with kids is a pool and their pool was closed.

I enjoyed everything about my stay.I plan on returning during the Spring or fall season. The location was excellent with everything needed within only a few miles away.

The food was bad, the breasfeast was bad, carpets smelled, no safe

The room was decent, bathroom and vanity was a little small, didn't;t have a safe. Carpets in hall way smelled and needed to be shampooed. Breakfeast was not the best but they did try. If they perked up the breakfast and offered better food and coffee it definitely would have been worth the money we paid, but if they don't step it up its not worth the money, it would be a two star at best.

As soon as we stepped out of the elevator (4 of us) there was a smell of sewage or something rotten. I mentioned it to the front desk and was told that they had just delivered blankets up there and didn’t smell anything, so I let it go. The following day someone asked housekeeping if she smelled it and she said yes, but she didn’t know what it was.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was AMAZING! Breakfast was very good and had plenty of variety for everyone. The lady in the breakfast area was very nice and was always coming around to make sure everyone had everything they needed.

The room was not cleaned during our stay but I assume had I asked for the room to be cleaned they would have done so. In the past they did it but I guess since COVID hotel cleaning policies have changed once your in the room.

The breakfast was delicious. Ms. Pat takes pride in ensuring the guests are happy and that everyone is fed. The rooms were clean. The front desk staff was very accommodating. We would stay again.
