How slow the elevator was. It was also kind of touchy. There’s only one elevator.

The breakfast was so good! Great options- not your typical. They had eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuit, fried egg/biscuit, cereals, waffles, cooked oatmeal , various oatmeal’s, various milk options including OATMILK, fruit, yogurt, juices, coffee, hot chocolate, bagels, muffins, toast… and so much more.

The bed

The bed was not comfortable. I woke up with a sore back.

Traffic noise was louder than to be expected and the male working the front desk was not very friendly. When I let him know that we had taken the last of one of the breakfast items, he appeared to be bothered that I interrupted him eating while at the check-in desk. Another parent had left some technology equipment in the breakfast area and when he inquired about them, the gentlemen did pass along the information to the manager but again was not very receptive.

On the first night we did find a roach. We caught it and flushed it down. We told the overnight worker. He moved us to another room then the next day we found another in the bathroom. We didn't report the second one because we weren't fond of the idea of switching rooms again. After the second one we didn't encounter another.

We didn't know that maid service had to be requested in advance. When we reserved service, they couldn't find it on their list. We did get the room cleaned. The major problem we had was the shower. The first morning there, I slipped and fell getting into the shower, I was pretty banged up. I reported it to the manager iat the front desk and had an incident report written up. I never did hear back from the insurance company. They put guests in great risk when they don't have non-splip grips on the bottom of the tub or a tub mat. All the manager said to me was that they were not required. They checked the tub themselves. They did offer to take me to the hospital.

The location was fine. Room, beds, towels were clean.

Woke up to a GIANT cockroach in my room. Called the front desk and it was removed quickly, however, when asking for a way to rectify this highly disgusting and unclean situation, I was told management would call me and have not heard a word from them in days. Poor customer service and cleanliness of the hotel.

My complaint is with Booking.com. They are misleading. When I originally booked the hotel, the listing stated that the property was 1.8 miles from AT&T Stadium, which was a lie — it was actually 12.8 miles away. This misinformation inconvenienced my travel party, caused us to be late for our event, and forced us to pay significantly more in Lyft fees.

I was given a room without AC, then asked for another one then It had the carper by the AC. AC was dripping water. Carpet smelled bad. I asked for another room and it had no ac. So i decided to leave because i felt like they were insulting my intelligence and not respecting me as a guest!

After a long international flight and arriving after 11pm was asked by receptionist for photo ID gave my passport was then told that it was not suitable!! Though the passport allowed me to the US was not classed as ID for hotel the receptionist had to phone manager who then asked for other form of ID as I stated to both the request was photo ID and in my experience a passport would be sufficient ...... apparently not for Fairfield Was eventually after midnight got key to a room entered the room and switched on the lights (or so I thought) the room was so dark as the light only gave access to a small space had to walk into the room and switch on 5 lamps to get some light ... Upon getting into bed I understood why the lighting was so poor as I saw a pool of blood on the carpet which they had tried to clean and were very unsuccessful, in addition there was a 2 inch gap between my floor and the door!! I requested for a cleaning service which was not done in the 5 days I stayed at the hotel in all it was dirty with unfriendly staff who were not concern with the guest welfare DO NOT STAY HERE!!
