There was a bit of a smell in the carpet. There were smelling weed at times. The breakfast was simple. Very repetitive didn’t change Majorie was extremely nice and looked after us and the reception staff were wonderful too.

The property was well located. Easy to find Great parking space. Nice facilities The beds were extremely comfortable and our rooms were cleaned when requested.

Bathtub was broken. The bottom was peeling off. It needed to be replaced. Older hotel that needs some TLC.

We booked because of the pool and hot tub, which was clean and fun. Also, the breakfast was very good with a lot of selection.

Pet fee was excessive at $50/per pet. We travel with two medium size dogs, so it cost us an extra $100 for our one night stay. Most hotels charge only $25 per night regardless of how many.

Couldn’t fully close the curtains - this should be looked at to give everyone their sense of privacy - especially at the hotel/motel.

Location is great, not too far from the airport, close to the shops and restaurants, yet on the side - really quiet at night. Staff was brilliant- especially lady at the breakfast- i think her name was Margerin(?) - so sorry if I got the spelling wrong! Really sweat lady who made everyone feel like at home with her amazing and welcoming approach. Clean rooms, excellent breakfast with really good choice and coffee available at the front desk 24/7 - with no extra charge!

I wish the staff could have kept up with housekeeping. During our 6 night stay not once did we come back to a clean, made room. Had to ask for fresh linen and towels myself at the front desk.

The front desk staff was vacuuming the hall and front desk area at 10pm. Since my room was near, it woke me up and kept me up while she vacuumed. Then she started talking loudly in the hallway and it continued until I called and complained.

The breakfast was a bit skimpy on Saturday morning at 8:00 am and the waffle batter machine was causing staff issues. Additionally, the Corner Store was out of Coke my entire stay.

The king room was spacious for me as a single traveler. Shannon checked me in on arrival and was exceptionally pleasant and helpful.

I appreciate the elevator, but I'm glad I'm not claustrophobic. An earlier breakfast would have been helpful too, but I understand that our 5:30 AM departure was quite early (though at least one other guest left at the same time).

Location was great...near proximity to Anschutz Children's Hospital. Room was very nice. Ample parking. Clean room.

This was typical hotel of this type. The room was clean and comfortable with a decent bed. Internet worked well. There was a reasonable selection of TV channels. Again breakfast was OK with the common waffle maker. I used the hot tub which was fine but the pool was a bit cold.

2 day stay, we were shocked to find out the room was not cleaned. Left over from Covid, which has come and gone. If I wanted to clean up, I would have stayed at home. I'm so surprised at the Marriot. We certainly paid enough to expect our room to be cleaned.

Your 3 bath towels were excellent BUT it would have helped to have a bath mat for the floor instead of my using one of the towels. I tried to check out at 9 PM the night before I left. I had to leave by 6 AM to catch a flight at DIA and would not have time if there was a line at checkout. The lady at the desk obliged but in the morning when I checked my email, there was no check-out. So, I asked the lady on duty in the morning and she said I was still checked in. She did it and the email arrived as I was standing at the desk. The $20 per night incidental deposit was very annoying. I had no incidents and now I have to wait for the credit to my card. My biggest complaint was sleep on 10/23. I was in Aurora on a house hunting visit and had spent all day looking at property then had dinner with the realtor. I got to the hotel around 8:30 and had to get up at 5:15 Am to leave DIA. I was in bed at 9 reading. Around 9:15 PM, it sounded like there were 2-3 children in the room above me running and stomping on the floor and maybe jumping off the bed. I hoped that at least by 10 they would settle down. Not so, it continued like thunder. I could not sleep. Finally, just before 11, I called the desk. The lady was just coming on shift and said she would look into it. Shortly after 11, she called to tell me she had checked although she did not enter the room. She said there were kids. She told me to give it about half an hour to settle and that she would hate to have to move ME - I wasn't the problem, I was in bed trying desperately to sleep. That really annoyed me. It did settle some for a short time then started again. Somewhere around 1215 it diminished more and must have fallen asleep, having lost 3 hours of sleep when the alarm woke me at 5. I assume you can't segregate clients with kids from others but maybe you could stack the kids at one end of the building so they could all suffer together and allow other customers to get some sleep.

I thought the breakfast was very good and the front desk staff did well.
