The tub/shower needed updating.

It was clean, convenient and the staff was friendly and attentive. You could walk to a nearby restaurant for meals. The mattress was comfortable.

With all the remodeling, the our room was "pricy" for what we received. We didn't know/missed any info about remodeling being done, although it may not have impacted our stay as the location was perfect for us. The toilet would run constantly until we lifted the tank lid and jiggled the inner workings. Shower had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. We should be back in a year and can update after repairs have been completed.

Location was excellent for us as our trip was work related, Kind of hard to rate the hotel as it is undergoing extensive remodeling.

The construction had some facilities out of service. This was understandable.

no tv signal, no one answered the desk Tuesday night called 10-12 times, asked in morning about tv gentleman did not know anything three conditioners in shower no soap or shampoo. ice machine was gross with mildew. lady in morning was great

Although the guy at the desk was very nice, the check in took like 15 minutes. He took all of my information which should have been there already since I used Booking.com to book the room. Then he photocopied my debit card on their printer. Who does that? Now anyone who has access to that file can get my info! FYI, STOP DOING THAT! My card should be saved in your system like virtually every other hotel I've been to. Oh and he hand wrote my confirmation number on a little piece of paper and gave it to me. Antiquated much? So the clerk was very nice but your process for checking in is ridiculous. I go to Hampton and I'm in my room 5 minutes after I walk in the door.

It was on my route for this trip and the price was ok. It's right next to a nice restaurant too.

The breakfast was sufficient. I think the hotel was understaffed. A young woman, Emily, was doing everything. The room was clean and tidy, but but the exterior of the motel was not very appealing. The landscaping looked as though it had been neglected for months. Cigarette butts were scattered all around the main entrance, as there wasn’t a container for people to dispose of them. Every outside trash container was over flowing and strewn all over the ground. I should have taken pictures. It just made the property look less welcoming/appealing as we arrived to check in. I would think curb appeal would be good for business. Not something I would expect with the name Marriott on the building. You can do better.

I was very impressed with a girl named Emily. She went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. For a young woman, she seemed to be running the place. She worked the from desk, managed the breakfast crowd and answered numerous questions from guests and always had a smile on her face. In my opinion, she clearly ran the place, what seemed to be on her own. Great job, Emily! You deserve a promotion and a pay raise.

The bed and the cleaner kept knocking on the door at 10am to adk was we ready to leave so he can't Clean and tried giving us a deadline.

We booked the hotel bc of the hot tub and it was not working. I was very disappointed bc I called the day before to make sure it was, to find how that it was broke for a few days before our arrival. Breakfast was not that great.. All the had got was a breakfast sandwich. They did have a variety of danishes

The beds were very uncomfortable. I booked a king and a full bed but my room only had a king and a couch with no bed but I made it work. The floors were very dirty like they hadn't bed vacuumed or mopped in weeks. Housekeeping never came to replace towels or anything and we ran out of toilet paper.

The night staff was nice. I can't remember the young man's name but he did a good job. The breakfast was decent.

Found a pill on floor in bathroom and there was looked to be old lamp fixtures still on wall and when I turn on air conditioner I could smell cigarette smoke. Found dirty hand prints on shower wall looks like someone had greasy hands also it was on shower curtain
