The room needed to have a wardrobe and/or extra shelves or drawers, not only hangers.

i liked the warm oatmeal option in the breakfast buffet. Additionally, the hotel offered around 4 more warm options in the breakfast menu which is way better than other hotels in the same series. However, it would have been better if boiled eggs were fresh and not the packed type! I have not got a chance to visit the gym or the pool. But the gym appeared to be so small with 2 walking machines, out of 3, that were not operational and with few other gym devices. The bed and pillows were not the best in terms of comfort, but they were okay. Loved the big screen TV in the room + the distribution of electricity sockets around the room. Room service and cleanliness were excellent. Front desk was responsive and friendly. Nearby plaza with many restaurants' options in addition to Target

The only thing i didn't like was the water from the bathroom, the shower was too hot some times and will turn into cold suddenly, and that no hot water from the separated sink on the outside of the bathroom. But other then that the hotel, the staff, the staying was perfect, and the location is closed to everything.

I like pretty much everything, I was coming from delta New York and the experience was bad, so I told the front desk and they did everything they can so my staying could be the best. And they made it!!! Very good staff!!! Very clean!!!!

There is not a shuttle despite what says in the description. I booked this hotel partially based on the fact that I would be able to get a ride to and from the Anderson Woburn train station, however it turns out there is no shuttle. I was however able to get an Uber that got me to the train station in about 5 minutes. There are also a lot of restaurants and stores within walking distance.

Everything went fine, except that I reserved for a King size bed, when I got in the room, it was a Queen Size. I was tired and did not abject to it. But I believe that if a King bed was not available, the check in person should have informed me rather than just being thrown there.

A good place to stay for us, arriving to the airport and taking the Logan express bus to nearby bus station and getting a rental car the nearby next morning. Good size room with comfortable beds and good WiFi. The breakfast was great with many options.

It's next to the train which is loud at night. The fridge didn't work in our room. I thought it had an indoor pool, but it's outdoor. We were put in a handicap room. I think because they saw my son has down syndrome, which was a little weird. And if someone needed wheelchair access in that room, there was no way the bathroom would work. It was too small and no handrails.

The location is great. Lots of restaurants and stores and easy highway access. Breakfast was good.
