The pool was small and you can hear everyone around you.

The breakfast was great and had a lot of options. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was small so there is no wait for an elevator.

The laundry room had an auto-lock that I did not know about -- locking the door at 11:00-ish pm each night. The device clock was off slightly -- could've been affected by daylight savings. With a limit of one washing machine per floor, this made taking turns with other guests somewhat tricky. Also, it would be good (both for staff and guests) to have obvious signage for things like laundry room hours inside and outside the laundry room; as well as pricing and currency requirements for the washing machine: ie "One load = $1.50 in quarters." Some guests chose to smoke right outside the side entrance. Maybe a designated area a bit further from the doors would make things safer for those going in/out with sensitivity to smoke. Breakfast was good and versatile--staff were excellent at keeping things clean and stocked, but perhaps the hotline could use some daily variety -- like potatoes/hash browns every other day for instance.

Staff were prompt and precise with answers to questions and help checking in/out. The location is great -- easy access to nearby stores and restaurants within walking distance. Room was pristine and appliances/amenities were all in great condition. Building and grounds are well maintained. The room was a good size and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent each morning with plenty of variety to choose from.

The PRICE WAS WAY TOO HIGH FOR SENIORS. I didn’t get the email til we were checking out. Nearly $400 for 1 night because of a concert. WE didn’t go for a concert. Wouldnt offer a discount.

Place is a little dated , but still was nice. One thing I did notice that there must have been some roofing done not to long ago, because there were a lot of roofing nails in the handicap parking area. Lucky we didn't get any in our tires.

I went there 3 tines to check in the day of 1st of July . The first time it was little after 2pm to see the room was ready it wasn't. I had 2 sick ppl needs to lay down . The person told me come back at 3 . So I did my still my room wasn't ready yet. They told me come in couple hours. It should be ready then. . I asked them since I wait so long to get my room do I get a discount. . I was told that they would .( the boy at the counter(( "Josh" ) it will give me $20, off my bill. Plus he also told me that he will tell his manager about it . To give me more. The day I was checking out they gave me $10 off not what I was told. Very disappointed I was lied to. Also they short staff ( housekeeping) that weekend. Knowing it's 4th of July weekend people are on vacation that week
