The toilet was way too low for a person who has trouble getting up when their hips are below their knees. The toilet needs to either be taller and/or have a grab bar to help a person get up off of it.

The pool smell when you first get in the door. Made everything smell musty. TV TOOOOOO! Small !!!!!! When you lay in bed to watch tv you are looking through your feet. So you have to prop your head up because you are looking down at the tv when you should be looking up. I’m sure Fairfield Inn can afford bigger TV’S in the rooms. Breakfast stops too early we missed out because we were sleeping.

Friendly staff !!!!!! Easy to find. Right off the highway Loved the room down the hall to the left last door. SO QUIET. NO DOORS SLAMMING OR PEOPLE IN HALLWAY MAKING NOISE.

The pool is nice. Little cook out area outside with loungers is pretty cool. Pet friendly is awesome! 24/7 coffee hits the spot too.

Husband woke up with ants on his side of the bed. And there’s no blind to window just curtains so lights peek in earlier then expected in the morning and wake you up a little bit.

Location was nice. Close to restaurants and stores. Close to our friends bridal shower we attended. Bed was so comfy. And shower had nice water and was clean. The hostess that was there the weekend(I can’t remember her name) was so friendly. She made us feel very welcome and is definitely the definition of great customer service.

I wish breakfast would have been open for an additional hour. I was still able to grab a bagel and muffin after it closed, but a warm breakfast would have been nice. 9:00am is a little early for the breakfast to close in my opinion.

The staff member that checked us in went above and beyond. He was incredibly knowledgible about the area, and had positive things to say about the university and culture of the town.

Breakfast was low quality. No meat at all. Eggs pretty plain and not a good selection of fruits.

Great location and staff was very friendly. The breakfast lacked variety, but did like that hot oatmeal, cold cereal and some fruit were served. New carpeting throughout with new wallpaper was nice.

This is an older Fairfield Inn showing some wear and tear but as nice as it can be.

Great staff helped us when the key card and door wouldn’t work. Maintenance came and was there about 45 minutes taking unit apart but got it done! Very decent breakfast.

There were a couple small repairs needed in the room, scratches at the bottom of the tub, peeling paint in the bath on the ceiling and a ripped shower curtain at the top, but still usable.

It was clean and modern, the beds were very comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, the tv, fan, heater, coffee maker all worked very well. The price was very reasonable, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was great and they allowed our dog at no extra charge.

When we first got there Friday night the girl at the front charge me again for the room. But the next morning I went down and talked to a guy and he send it to his manager, and then Sunday morning I talked to a lady and she got it taken care of for me!

The rooms were clean, spacious for two adults.

Key card didn't work well to get into pool area. Needs replaced. Eventually got in, but took MANY tries. Even staff card didn't work. Found 2 ants in the room.

Bed was comfortable, good shower pressure, staff helpful, breakfast hot food replaced frequently. Appeared to be clean.

The elevator was small and slow. The breakfast area was small and there were a lot of people there. Apparently there was a volleyball tournament at IU and at least 1 team was staying there. Not a bad thing, just crowded.

The beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Close to I 69, but you could not hear the road noise. The staff was very nice and accommodating, but they seemed short staffed.

Cleanliness was lower than expected. One room had a dirty kleenex near the bed and dirty underwear under the sink area. The other room had dirty fingerprints on shower curtain.

We didn’t request a handicap room, this was all that was available at check-in. They were accommodating regarding our disappointment, we appreciate this!
