We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The service from your staff, Brittany and Cathy at check in, and Christina (I believe was her name) at checkout were exceptional. They were very helpful and friendly with recording my Marriott rewards for our stay and insuring g we enjoyed our time. In addition we like to give a shout out for your breakfast server because she was so nice. We didn’t get her name but she was still there at 9 AM and still greeted us with open arms to have breakfast. She did this despite closing time and the area still trapped with renovation materials all about. Can’t wait to see how the place is after all the updates.

United StatesThe flushing power of the toilet in the room was weak. More often than not, it needed to be flushed more than once to actually get anything down. My heart bleeds for the poor cleaning staff in this regard. Also, a vending machine or two in the lobby for refreshments - especially water, would be great, unless more cups were supplied for tap water in the individual rooms.
The location was convenient, and the breakfast was okay, but a few more healthy options would be nice, like unflavored Greek Yogurt, skim milk, low sugar cereal, etc. Emily, the checkout host, was very professional and polite.

United StatesOur bed was too soft, like sinking into a chair and not being able to get up. We went out for dinner nearby and found that Sunday night is very quiet in Williamsport.
The breakfast was ok, scrambled eggs, bacon and Jimmy Dean sandwiches. The coffee was bold but not pleasantly so. The staff were pleasant and cordial.

The staff was very friendly, however they did seem a bit overwhelmed and understaffed. Breakfast was very nice. The facility was good, although there were some challenges with the locks and some of the furniture was worn.

Was there for two days and had the same options for breakfast both days .Wish they offer something different each day (like pancakes or eggs and bacon or Sausage. Over all breakfast was very good though.

At the time I checked in I had asked to decrease his day from three nights to two nights and they were not cooperative and ended up charging me for all three nights even though I checked out after the second night I did review this through Booking.com who was involved with the original reservation they recommended that they make an exception but they chose not to honor that request NOT HAPPY that I got a charge for a three night stay despite only being in the hotel the first two nights

United StatesManager was grumpy when I arrived an hour before 3:00, said she was busy but there was no one on the loby. Would not check me in till 3:00. Though I indicated 12:00 arrival on my registration. (Note however that the clerks gave a friendly nod to acknowledge passing customers and seemed courteous enough when I observed them.) I was told house keeping was every other day, which is fine. But I did put up the "do not disturb" sign. Then house keeping knocked on the day no service was scheduled and while I was on the phone. And someone knocked on my door at 7:00 AM on check out day. It was not likely to be a patron, there were few on that floor. Policy on check out day? Angry staff? No information in the room about hotel policy, check out time, pool hours, breakfast, etc. No info on local restaurants, points of interest.
Breakfast was OK. Not central to town , but good location for access to highway. Nice for a walk along the river. Close to Penn College.
