breakfast was poor, mostly pork, waffles and eggs. Beverages were ok. The water in boiler needs to be refreshed for example hot water in the hall is ok, but in kitchen not nice. As we are muslims we'd like to have some kinds of halal food at list chicken. I liked facilities like food cafe, gym 24/7 was nice, pool. Internet connection was good.

If you get room 2370 make sure you ask for another family suite or your close will be damp feeling and nothing will dry (bathing suits, towels etc) and have a bad odor. We made the mistake and did not as i was worried we would get a room without bunk beds. The room smelled musty and and felt damp the whole time we were there. I wish they at least tried to disguise the smell with air fresheners. But every time we got back at night it had the same bad smell. I normally leave the do not disturb sign on the doors for most of the time we are in a hotel, but this time we needed new towels every single day do to them not drying and also smelling. Yet, one day the room service did not show up, which was very disappointing. The parking was an extra $25 charge which i knew about.

We had the Family Suite and I booked it because it had the bunk beds and I got the free upgrade, which was fantastic and the room itself was a fantastic size, bathroom area was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The Staff was very nice and very friendly! I liked that we got $5 to spend each day from the snack area.

Coming on our first day the shower didn’t work.

No warning what so ever when the water was turned off due to a small leak for an hour. Guest were in the shower and the water just stopped running.

The close proximity to my meeting site and the area has lots of stores and restaurants that are easily accessible.

We came in very late, after front desk checked us in she disappeared so no one was around in the lobby we couldn't get extra blankets for my kids. The first floor carpet is dirty and outdated and one of the elevators works poorly and bounces when moving from floor to floor

The hotel restaurant could be better. Food is reasonable, if a bit overpriced, but options are limited if you have food allergies, and wait times are erratic. Another problem is the transportation to the parks, which is offered by Maingate Transportation - bus offers are badly timed, require a reservation that fill up quickly on crowded days, bus driver is rude, and at times the bus didn't show up at all. When you're able to catch a Maingate bus on time, it's acceptable - but be ready to take some rideshare otherwise.

Amazing hotel to experience WDW, as it is located very close to the attractions and is much cheaper than staying in property. The complimentary breakfast is good (but nothing stellar), staff is very friendly and helpful, and rooms are fairly large and well equiped for a budget hotel. The pool is nice and clean, great for winding down when you're too tired to go the attractions.
