The water pressure is terrible. The stream coming out of the shower is so weak it’s difficult to get the shampoo out of your hair. We’ve stayed there twice, 11/24 and 7/25 and was the same both times.

I feel like the breakfast is not as good this year. Not a lot of healthy options, mostly carbs. I like the there are yogurts to choose from. The eggs were cold and the meat not so appetizing. Waffles are always good.

I like the location, the hotel is always clean and the staff are always friendly. We have been staying at this hotel every year for the last 3 years.

The ice machine wasn't working, and I won't eat powdered eggs.

From walking in to walking out this was a great hotel. The staff was great. The room was clean, well appointed, and well maintained with lots of room. The area was full of stores, businesses, and restaurants. The views would have been great if the clouds hadn't gotten in the way. The breakfasr was above average.

The $50 charge for a small dog, was way over priced!! Most dogs do nothing but sleep in the room, including ours. Because of the charge we will not stay at these hotels again.

Rooms clean, food was good, staff very helpful. Manager was great. Helped me get a cancellation from bookings.com. It could have been a nightmare, but thanks to him, it wasn’t!

The shower did not work at full capacity. When I lifted the shower handle, water still ran from the faucet, which enabled the shower from funning at full capacity. The water was not too hot, kind of warm.

The breakfast did not have as many selections as I would have liked.

Our room’s heat/cool controls need attention. When all power and fan turned completely off the room eventually crept up to 78 degrees. We had to turn the A/C on both nights to sleep and get room down to reasonable 70-71 degrees. It was 10 degrees outside so weird to need to run the AC. Closet door is janky! Room needs a luggage rack which we improvised and used a full size iron board in closest for instead.

Maintenance issues. I was stuck in the elevator with another woman. The doors would not open and there were several days that there was elevator issues so we were required to walk down stairs. Thankfully it was working on the day of our checkout as it would have been very difficult if we had to carry our heavy suitcases down the stairs.

The breakfast was good. The location in relation to the AirForce Academy is Excellent!

Easy access off the freeway, great location near many shops and eateries. Rooms are very clean and the property is quiet. Breakfast is wonderful with many choices. Good coffee and tea service available all day, serve yourself. Snacks available for purchase along with waters and drinks. Staff members are pleasant.

A primary reason for choosing this hotel was the indoor pool that is advertised. After checking in, we found that the pool & whirlpool were non-functional and had been for some time. Those ammenities should be removed from their advertising. Misleading at best - dishonest, yeah.

Upon arrival in the evening, the front desk Rep. looked up our 2 prepaid hotel rooms for 4 people, 2ppl/room. Only one room was found although we paid in full for the 2 rooms. We received confirmation emails from Fairfield Inn and had them in hand and in our phones as evidence that our bookings were confirmed, paid in full, and complete.

Very good rooms, and breakfast was excellent!
