United StatesOverall service and compassion about what happened. Also thermostat did not work called maintenance they promptly showed up and informed me that thermostat was disconnected and moved to the heating unit.
Did not get a chance to eat breakfast because we were evacuated because of a smoke alarm at 130 am till 315 am and not a word from any staff member , no extension of breakfast hours no apologies no deals nothing!

United StatesThe hotel restaurant was not open (in late Oct 2023) and there was no nearby (walkable) restaurant. Surveillance of the large parking lot might be be better (a car was broken into overnight and the driver told us that the hotel security camera's view of his car was blocked by a tree).
Good breakfast selection and large breakfast area. Employees all were very nice and courteous. Our room and all public areas were clean and we felt safe staying there. Quiet yet convenient location. Reliable wake-up calls. Room card access and credit card-operated laundry room (1 washer, 1 dryer and one cycle of each was adequate). Availability of 2 computers in lobby.
