I had an excellent stay at Stafford House. I was there for an event at the Eagle Bank Arena which was a less than 10 minute drive. Donna was the perfect hostess. The room was perfect and the breakfast was phenomenal.

The house was very pretty and close to shops and restaurants.

Centrally located to my visit. Easy access/exits from major highways. Clean, decorated appropriately and quite. Ample bathroom space and amenities. Donna was very intuitive in the beginning and up to departure. I left kind words about her establishment and her demeanor towards myself.

After leaving, I sent a private text saying how I enjoyed my stay and my feelings about the Bed and Breakfast in general. Though, Donna the host never chose to respond back. Not in kind or disgust. Either one would have at least been an acknowledgement. Thinking about that, I thought, in my opinion, that was unprofessional on her part about receiving personal feedback without a response. Oh well, I did say I would go back, but now, I don't think so. I'll take my upcoming business accomodations elsewhere in town.

Unique and spacious room with a lovely timed breakfast each morning! Cleaning everyday and bed was very comfortable.

This B&B was perfectly located for the autotrain to catch. I especially love the deep tub to decompress for travels. The proprietor was very attentive, caring to my needs. Breakfast was scheduled to my liking. It was very nourishing.

Perfect location right off the highway. Also close to the college and arena. They brought homemade breakfast to your room every morning. Also very well designed and updated bathroom.

This is just a very small suggestion and maybe something you already do but forgot that day. But just a quick clarifying question if we would like our room tidied up while we were out and about. We are those people that often use the “do not disturb” sign in hotels and were taken aback when we came back to the room with our clothes folded up.

Spacious, Luxurious, cozy, off the path of traffic but a short drive to commerce. Warm and welcoming operator. Delicious breakfast.

Distance from DC but it was worth it. Thirty minute drive in traffic but that gave me time to decompress.

The room and the decor was absolutely beautiful!!! Donna is the nicest person you could hope to meet and she does everything possible to make your stay perfect!!!! Breakfast was delicious and the jacuzzi tub is heavenly!!! This was our second visit and we will definitely be back!!!!

There was absolutely nor one thing we didn't like.

Donna was absolutely amazing and you can tell she put her heart into everything. Waking up to her breakfast, provided in the room was so tasty! The location was very close to some great restaurants as well. Some within walking distance and others within a 15 minute drive. We very much enjoyed our stay and shall return!
