United StatesI appreciated the fact of them wanting to be helpful, but I didn't like the fact that the lights were controlled by activation and we couldn't turn out them out in the bathroom or above the sink. We'd get up in the middle of the night and the lights would be bright and wake the other up.

United StatesThin walls. No house phone in room. No cell phone charging capabilities, remote to the tv does not work- tried multiple times to pair it, but Bed was very firm - too firm for me to rest well - numb arms and fingers.
The room was clean. A/C worked well. Had hot water, Clean sheets, and bedding. Clean towels in the bathroom. Ample space in the room. Security measures are appropriate. Smoking free facility was nice.

United StatesHotel and room were absolutely filthy. Doors with key entry leading to rooms were all broken. Anyone could walk in off the street. Extremely dangerous. Lots of less than desirable people hanging around outside - sitting smoking in parked cars, hustling on bikes posted up near the entrance of the hotel. I live in Michigan and had a family emergency there in Ohio and booked this in a panic/rush to get to Ohio and it was what was available. And the room has bugs. It's a truly disgusting place. It looks like a horror movie set.

United StatesThere was an incident with someone smoking inside the hotel and at first they thought it was us or our children. It was a bit distressing being blamed for something we do not do. But after investigation the matter was cleared up. So overall it was handled in the end.
I enjoyed the entire experience. The staff were amazing. They were friendly to us and our children and made us feel very welcome. They were helpful and kind. I would gladly stay there again when I'm in the area.
