The beds weren’t comfy to sleep on, they were worn out and lumpy. The tv didn’t have many channels to choose from. More storage would be ideally, just a 2 drawer dresser wasn’t enough. The walkway rug to the room was soiled and dirty looking.

Location was great next too old town, loved that. I liked that we had a fridge that was great to have our drinks cooled and ready to take before heading out. Liked the pool and jacuzzi although I didn’t get to get in the jacuzzi because it was overcrowded, a second jacuzzi would be great addition. Clean and modern room was nice.

Parking a nightmare. All best spaces, the ones closest to our room, were reserved but not used. We did not want room serviced and that was honored, but we could not get clean towels from front desk. Outlet near bed would not work without light on, we had to buy and use an extension cord to power a CPAP!!

Linens and room were clean. Close to Trolly.

The amenities were few, there were holes in the walls, burn marks and old soap chunks stuck in the sink drain along with rust & no drain stopper. They didn't change out the towels or do room service there the entire stay & there was no trash bag in the waste basket so I had to walk all the way to their laundry facility to get a new towel and still no trash bag. After just having a baby I am still extremely sore & hurting so it is difficult to walk so this was a huge inconvenience. The air-conditioning worked well but was also very dirty & had all kinds of stuff like pieces of plastic, and leftover trash inside the vents so I left it off as often as possible which was very uncomfortable due to the room being extremely stuffy & humid even when no one had showered. The window did open up a little but was stuck & difficult to move. Either way I couldn't get a good breeze while asleep because of the drug addicts sneaking past my window to go upstairs at night. For 4 of the days I was there someone had left a huge bag of garbage outside my door & the housekeeping & security kept walking past it for the first two days. When I came back the bag had been moved to the top of the stairs above my room. S day later the bag reappeared in front of my door with more waste. I couldn't understand why the staff didn't just throw it away but they checked the trash can that was 5 feet from it. There were two dirty diapers on the walkway outside someone's door on the way to my room which stayed there for about the first 3 to 4 days of my arrival although housekeeping walked right past it & even cleaned rooms right next to it. They were left out on the open. Lots of flies from the diapers & trash & had to shop them back outside & close the door although I didn't quite trust breathing in whatever was in the AC vent.

I enjoyed the location being close to the highway so I could get back and forth to the hospital where my newborn was in the NICU after birth. The staff was low contact & not very talkative but courteous which is not a problem.

The Wi-Fi was so slow. I don’t see how it was worth eight dollars a day, yes a day and they do a hold on your account for every single charge to the vending machines as well as the charge to the vending machines and the Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi has terrible speed, but it works for basics.

The only reason why I don’t want to give this a zero is because they work with the city to give imminently homeless a place to stay for a month before they officially become homeless to catch up and get acclimated to a life without their home or possibly family. I got respect for that but otherwise while they staff, I spoke to were nice. I would say four out of the 10 that I saw were cordial and personable and they were polite enough to allow a late check out, but was later than usual and did not charge over $20 to run the credit for a debit because I had a family but otherwise I would say do your best to make this an option if you are on low budget

Outside was dirty, had a big misunderstanding with the staff causing us to leave in the middle of another week long reservation after being there already for 2 weeks and took along time to get my money back from booking website, a lot of tweakers

Bring your own towels they are small an so old an thin. The room was not cleaned so much dirt under bed an my grandson found a vase machine under bed. We asked for them to clean room an they did not we were there 4 days. The window had been screwed closed will gap at top an door had gap on side. People were loud stomping above an a man yelled at my grandson for standing by door while we were coming from pool. The room doors were next to each other an he was not doing anything.

So my wife didn't have her id, she had a copy because it was stolen. Normally they say they wouldn't have let us stay there but the manager said it was ok. The first week was coming to an end so I went to booking to reserve more nights, had no issue. The following week as it came time to reserve again for another week, everything was ok or so I thought. We were 3 days in already into a week long reservation when the office called us in and said we had to leave because a copy of an id was not allowed even though they already oked it for first 2 weeks of us being there and then now it's an issue. The week was already paid for and they made us jump through hoops just to get the remainder of our money back, luckily booking.com was extremely helpful and did all they could to help.

I like the amount of room that is in the rooms, not terribly small, good size.

Mattress soft & noisy. Trains occasionally blow loud horn when passing by.

Decent budget hotel. 10 minute walk to Old Town. Friendly staff. Sufficient parking. Modern fixtures. Good sound insulation prevents most noise from nearby traffic.

I think before the remodel it was better. Carpet in the rooms and it seemed cleaner and better quality of towels bedding etc.

Stains in sheets and pillowcases. The stairs and carpet in walking looks old lots of water from the ac outside the walkway. Lot of people living in park mobile homes on the street.

Wifi isn't included. I used a personal hotspot when their pay-for option didn't open on my screen. There is no microwave in the room, though one is in a common room downstairs. Homeless area.

The front desk staff, specifically Teesha and Debbie, were helpful, friendly, and efficient. Once my room was cleaned, it was comfortable and quiet. TV worked all right.
