Florida was staying things were broken breakfast was just muffins and oatmeal I could have bought that myself and stayed in a cheaper hotel and had a nicer breakfast vending machine to get snacks broken it was dirty everywhere

Hotel is dated and has foul odor in most parts. In serious need of overhaul. Roaches in the room and breakfast area and breakfast is advertised but it's only an apple nutragrain bar! Pool needed cleaning so couldn't use and neighboring building had kids playing with shopping trollies in the car park on an evening. Dog mess not picked up from grass areas at front and couldn't use the bath as had a hole in it! No remote for tv in bedroom so also couldn't use. Burn marks on carpet so clearly had smoker in room previously and gaping holes in sofa in livingroom. Furniture also damaged with draws missing.

The rooms was a good size, staff helpful and friendly. Walmart and several places to eat right across the road and on good bus routes to mall and airport.

The hideaway sofa was broken/stuck 1/2 out. The room was rundown but clean for what it was. Looks like trash is taken out overnight. There were 2 full garbage cans near the one working elevator.

The staff were helpful and courteous. The manager was actively looking for more help while we were there.

Front desk staff were never actually at the front desk and when they were they were not friendly. The giant garbage cans for the hallways are located right at the elevator doors so the hallways and the elevators smelled like trash. My room was located right across from the elevator door so my room smelled disgusting. I come back work convention all day to find that the toilet in my room was filled to the seat with brown fecal water. They were accommodating about that, they willingly moved me to a new room. The new room was just as dirty. Lowkey I want a refund of some sort.

No. The lobby smells, the hallways and elevator smell, the hallways were dirty and the room was even worse. Disgustingly dirty, multiple things broken, nothing we needed in the room. We tried to go somewhere else but it was so late we just went to bed but were scared of bed bugs and the amount of dirt.

DONT STAY HERE. Location was good. Literally everything else was bad

The room was awful! It smelled like rotting food. I sprayed my good perfume and that helped. I didn‘t like that the furniture was in terrible shape. I took pictures of all the damage to make sure I got my $100 damage fee back! I didn’t like that I had to kill a few bugs. Maybe it was only the room that I was given. I asked if there was another room, but of course they were fully booked, so no. Ugh! I was so glad to leave that place!

I liked that there was a Walmart across the street. I liked that the room had a fridge and a microwave.

After checking in we stopped by the vending machines on the way to our room. Both my wife's and son's bags of chips got stuck. I let reception know, and they told me they couldn't help. We continued on. The trashcan in the hall was very literally overflowing with bags of trash and the halls stunk. We got to the room and were very underwhelmed. The fold out was paper thin and stained, there was a hole in the wall, the tub was stained black and brown. At this point we'd decided to just push through for a night. The kids tried to turn on both televisions, but neither one worked. We had booked this room for just under $200 a night. I went to reception and they explained this was their last suite, but she could move me to another room that just wasn't split, and she would refund me the difference. We moved rooms, and I will say it was much better. There were a few balls of toilet paper in the bathroom trashcan, trash stuffed into the fold out, and none of us dared use the tub still, but after the first room this one looked just fine. In the morning, we got ready for the day, and headed downstairs with our baggage to grab breakfast and head out, The breakfast was a coffee machine and packaged muffins. Too soon to say whether I'll actually be refunded though, as it's only been 4 days and there's no refund yet.

The only reason this didn't get a 1 out of 10 is because the lady working reception did her best to accommodate us. She was a unique character, but she did what she could to salvage the situation for us.

We checked in, and the room we were given smelled of cat piss. I immediately was given a different room, but the front desk staff wasn't apologetic at all. She literally said nothing! The next room wS in poor repair. The dresser was missing a drawer. The headboard was ripped up, and the mattress was horrible. In the morning, there was no hot water, so we couldn't even shower. Breakfast was a cheap prepackaged muffin or granola bar. There is no creamer for coffee. We couldn't wait to leave.

Upon arrival there they required a $100 deposit for the room. So the total cost was actually the booked room plus $100 deposit. I looked through booking.com and the hotel website beforehand and there was no mention of a $100 deposit. Most hotels require deposit too and they mention it on their website and their third parties. So extended stay america needs to update their requirements or else the required deposit upon arrival at the hotel is going to push away any and every potential guest. Their hotels are already doing that in terms of how the hotels aren't being looked after

Its close to a few chain restaurants, fast foods, 7 elven, walmart, bus. The receptionist was helpful and got me my room despite the trouble with the deposit.

The hallways had bags of trash piled up. The carpet was stained. The bathtub's finish was coming off so my daughter showered with her sandals on. The cable to the TV was yanked out and couldn't screw in, so I had to wiggle it to get the pin to connect. The instructions on the TV didn't match the buttons on the remote. The TV was from 2012 - very old and small for the size of room. The vent hood over the cooktop had paint stains all over. Overall, the rooms need to be updated.

Check in was easy but was surprised I couldn't pay cash. Folger's coffee was a nice surprise. Location was close to Walmart, restaurants but since you had to cross John Young Highway, I ened up driving instead of walking. I don't know how safe the area is/was.

The hotel-from the lobby, elevator to our room- was dirty. There were holes in the wall, the tub and bathroom did not appear to be cleaned after the last guest. There were dried up red drops of something, that I really hope was not blood, on the floor directly in front of the sink/bathroom door. The people next door were coming and going all night and seemed kind of sketchy. I would not stay here again, especially with small children.

Bathroom was dirty, leaking shower. Saw cockroach in living area and bathroom. Remote control didn't work. Kitchen facilities were very poor. "Breakfast included" means coffee, instant oats and a granola bar... Had kids using the sofa bed to sleep, but no bedding or sheets in the room. Wend down personally to ask staff for bedding twice, but they never brought it to the room. Very poorly managed indeed. 😢
