We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Then the woman working the front desk gave my kids dad the wrong room key so he went into 214 instead of 314 then was asked to leave the hotel for "walking into someone else's room". That's 100% her fault. How else would he have gotten in their room? So of course we immediately left as asked. Still have not been refunded. It's a $400 charge. We had to leave 3 days early as well due to her mistake.

I enjoyed the kitchen and the shower the most.

The ac didn’t work when I let the front desk know the lady got upset and came to the room and told me we could just go to a different room. Once I was able to get to the other room it was filthy it had not been clean in god only knows how long when I told the lady that it was unacceptable she then advised me to leave and she would issue a refund! I still haven’t received my refund

United StatesThe staff was Rude. It has roaches, dirty bedding, mold, rusted refrigerators. Kids ABOVE STOMPING ALL MORNING! Terrence smelled like marijuana once he Finally made it to the desk for me to check in. The other guy, the BB One attitude was nasty for No Reason. It's just Gross in there!!! The whole Hotel. Might as well be considered as a Motel . I believe CH's are house keeping which pretty much explain why the sheets were dusty. I'd love to be refunded some of my money for having to sleep through those conditions.

I WENT INSIDE CANCELLED AND ASKED FOR A REFUND THE YOUNG MAN WORKING SAID HE COULD NOT PRINT ME ANYTHING TO SHOW THE REFUND BUT SAID I SHOULD RECEIVE YHE REUND IN 2 OR 3 DAYS ASSUME THOSE WERE WORKING DAYS.THIS WAS DONE ON AUGUST 1ST BOOKING .COM MADE THESE RESERVATIONS FOR ME AND HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK . THE SITE SAID FULLY REFUNDABLE AND I MADE SURE OF THIS DUE TO THE FACT I HAD NEVER STAYED HERE BEFORE .
