Breakfast was inferior. We had a difficult time finding restaurants nearby.

We needed something affordable that wasn’t too far from Swedish hospital. It met our needs. Also was quet.

The room was not the cleanest. Dust, animal hair, cobwebs were found. I asked about the dishes for the kitchen, mostly a coffee pot and was told we are out. No tv remote, when I asked about it they found a remote that didn’t work. I asked for the room to just be swept and was told it was not the day they clean it “manager would be upset” if they cleaned it unscheduled. So I borrowed a broom and did it myself.

It is in a great location. Close to were I needed to be, I could walk most places.

Staff were slow, and the bathroom was small. Bathtub needed more cleaning. Parking spaces were super small.

The room was fine, however there was a lot of road noise. The fridge freezer was also very loud, but I was able to turn that off. Other than that it was fine, the staff were helpful and it was just a ten minute walk to the new light rail

I arrived late, and had called the property to let them know I would be late. I was kept waiting for two hours to check in. I was told the computer needed to audit.

No front desk staff monitoring property at night/ early morning. No one ever looked at the toilet issue ( running but unable to shut off despite trying to do so every time using it), though I spoke with a staff person shortly after checking in that there was a problem-and when I returned from work or left in the morning for work no one was at the front desk to remind them about the issue. When I mentioned the situation at checkout days later the issue was minimized and brushed off.

Everything you need to have a comfortable stay at a reasonable price, coffee was great, breakfast was light but efficient, they have instant porridge and yogurt along with muffins and granola bars. I would say for a work stay there is nothing better.

The from desk lady at first was a bit rude because I didn't have a credit card. I booked through and app so only when I had booking.com on the phone helping with the issue she called her manager and all was fine after that....although I paid with a visa debit I did mention to the app operator that they should specify in the app if hotels do or do t accept debit or any form of payment. And one more thing as I proceeded to take a shower the tub wouldn't drain but I soon figured it out it was clogged with alot of hair so to housekeeping periodically check the drains !!!

I like the clean room and that it was close to my jobsite on hwy 405.

That I found a dirty wash rag under the sink in bathroom first thing I spot while running a bath tub of water. Also a key card on shelf in kitchen, need to be more though us tall people can see such. Other than that it was peaceful. Ohh could use more hygiene trial size for paying a good amount to stay . Body wash ,shampoo and conditioner, and maybe a spork in kitchenette, bowl 1 cup . Nobody thinks you need to bring your own from home.

I like that being on trip for 1 that I got one queen bed in the middle of the room instead of two queens taking up more room than needed.

The room wasn't clean and there was still food in the fridge from the previous guest. My card key failed every single day which was frustrating as my room was on the 4th floor, so many trips up and down.

The front desk staff were excellent and everyone was helpful and respectful.
