Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe staff was great. We needed rooms close to the airport for an early morning flight so wanted a safe, reasonably comfortable and inexpensive hotel. Amenities were not needed. I might have rated it lower but the staff was fantastic in doing all they could. They would be an asset at any hotel.

PortugalThe front desk attendant had the worst attitude I have ever encountered. I felt unwelcome, despite being the customer. She seemed fed up and disinterested in being there or assisting anyone. I was surprised by her demeanor; if I hadn't been so exhausted after flying for two days, I would have canceled my stay and gone elsewhere. Unfortunately, I couldn't take a shower because it was broken and dripping water. I chose not to call the front desk to report the issue because I didn't want to deal with her attitude again. As a result, I spent the night and left the next morning. To the hotel. Find people that actually wants to work or they will push people away.

United StatesThe customer service at the hotel was bad. I believe she did not want to be there working. Very bad attitude didn't want to help another customer there. The hotel lost 2 customers there that night including me for the bad attitude. I believe some employees are the front face of these businesses but honestly this lady needed to go home you could clearly see she hates her job she didn't care about helping customers she is miserable clearly mad at the world. Change your front face personnel that lady have you as a big business hotel a very bad image I will never stay with this hotel chain.
