United States3rd floor smelled of cigarettes pretty badly. Room 337 had light bulbs that didn't work and the land-line telephone was not operational. We switched to room 237 and all seemed well there. The light bulbs are way too blue and intense (ring shaped halogens in the bedside lamps) they need to be a softer yellow for bedside lamps.
The service from Destiny was excellent, especially considering the stressful situation that was unfolding due to the weather. Even when I asked to be moved to a different floor, she didn't hesitate and did so with a smile on her face.

IsraelPart of choosing the location was a shuttle to Newark Airport. When I needed a ride to the airport, the shuttle was broken and cost me $35 for a 5-minute ride to the airport. The hotel offered no alternative or assistance.

United StatesFound a used condom wrapper on the side of the bed.. The hotel itself is dingy. Not well sound proofed could hear all conversations happening in the hallways. Could also hear my neighbors. For the price there are MUCH nicer hotels in the area. Their airport shuttle was broken so could not get rides to and from the airport.
Booking.com price was cheaper than other hotels in the area. There are two restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Close to airport, if their shuttle is working.

Some of these people are rude and block up the lobby. Its a turn off as we have been coming for years. I like your staff,but at times we were made to wait while dealing with these peoples issues.

United StatesI had to pay a separate fee for my pet. I booked my stay online and chose this place because it's pet friendly and price was lower than other similar places. When I arrived I had to pay another $200 for my cat. Idk why this was not included in the price. This means I was not paying less for this place, they just tricked me into thinking I was saving $. If I am booking a place with a pet I should be charged for it upfront. Not ok to give you a surprise charge when you arrive and just assum I have the extra $ to pay it. I do not appreciate getting bamboozled. Also, not very clean. I was disappointed with the old dirty rug in my room. Hallways are also not kept up and not clean.

BrazilThe employees are very rude and unpolite, except for only one woman who was nice to us once. As the hotel were in a very good location for us, we stayed and had to return one more time, but never more. The breakfast is a joke, doesnt exist. Price versus benefits arent good. We do not recommend this hotel. That's it!
