No hangers for clothes, no iron or ironing board. I love my breakfast but it wasn't offered. Although the place does seem new so maybe they haven't gotten around to it.

Convenient location, easy rate and good quality

The setup is clean and tidy and of good quality. Only inconvenience is the traffic noise, would be really great if the rooms are sound proofed!

The staff was good. The rooms were nice and clean, except for not having breakfast and some other things in the room, like a coffeemaker, iron with small ironing board, blow dryer.

Floor wasn’t swept in my room there was long hair in the restroom and the sink had a few trimmings of what looked like beard. Cigarette buds all over the stairs and parking. Maybe a centralized gazebo designated for smoking would help to keep people off the stairs and balcony’s from smoking.

The only thing I can say I didn’t like was the address took me to the middle of highway and I had to manually find it on side road. Since it being a newly open place I’m sure it will get resolved.

Great room! Super clean, well lit parking lot and area feel safe with the security and lighting. Will definitely book here every time I trip to Houston.

Suffocating smell of cleaning product. At check in they told me I could leave my luggage at their store until my flight time, but in the morning they said they couldn't anymore. Also I forgot my prescription glasses and sent message yesterday, trying to recover it but they never replied.

Breakfast was a let down. There were some small muffins put out in a plexiglass case. I went to prepare coffee, there were no stirrers to stir the coffee. The lids were the wrong size for the Styrofoam cups. trying to take coffee up to my wife the way she likes it was more difficult then it needed to be. You need stirrers to stir cream and sugar in. The wrong size lids or the wrong size cups make taking the coffee anywhere a mess. May seem like a small thing but it was the last thing I saw concerning the hotel.. In the hotel room, the blind wasn't functioning properly. Had to hold the blind while pulling the chain so that it wouldn't get stuck.

I liked the price. I asked for a non-smoking room. The first room we got had the smell of smoke and not the legal kind. I complained and the clerk changed our room easy enough. Shower was adequate pressure and hot. Room had a modern feel to it. A/C worked very well.

This owner/management is a disgrace! I left my drivers license in the room (they acknowledged they found it) but refused to take the time to mail it back to me. I even offered to pay for the stamp. Absolutely pathetic, will tell this story 1000 times over!

Location was a bit rough, right on a main road next to a busy and not so safe looking gas station. Fine to stay for a night but not a family friendly location by any means. Hotel DID not send a final receipt. Price quoted on Booking.com was not what the hotel ended up charging (not unusual as Booking.com doesn't always capture additional fees) so I have no final receipt and since this was a business expense I am struggling get the expense approved as I have no final receipt. Have called the hotel a half dozen times and sent two emails. No response. I usually rely on emailed receipts but if you are staying here, make sure to request a print out as getting in touch with them later for anything is impossible.

Space was clean, looks as advertised and had free parking! Fridge in room was nice but that's it. I asked at reception for a fork and they said no, didn't have any even though they offer breakfast and I could see the breakfast utensils ?? weird.

Just one person in the reception. She was a young nice lady! I thought the location was just fine, however there was an issue with a drunk woman who came and literally assault her and myself knocking on my door. It turned out to be a nightmare
