Bath tub dripping water from tap all night, smoke detector has a bag on it, bathroom door is very hard to closes. Buckets in hall to catch water we hope and not drainage water/sewage. Door at rear entrance not locking, rug in hall very dirty in areas. Found 2 bugs in room but no cockroach or bedbugs. Rug wet in room along washroom wall.

The room temperature was ok for sleeping.

Hotel was old and room had a crack in the wall leading to the outside and no fire detector in the room. Hallway leading to our room smelled like chlorine and was hot.

Breakfast was in a brown paper bag…. Grab and go.

There were a lot of questionable people around and the GPS could not recognize the address correctly so it was hard to find.

the side door was warped and would not close. the only security was our door lock. there were roaches in the bathtub. there was loud music in the parking lot at 2 am.

It smelled like cigarette smoke in there so bad that it almost made me sick. They advertised that they have breakfast, which is why I chose to stay there. But they DO NOT HAVE BREAKFAST. This is yet another property on Booking that is incorrectly listed, and still using the pandemic as an excuse to cut breakfast out. They have these pathetic little brown bags that they put a granola bar and a pear in and call breakfast. They didn’t even have normal coffee cups. They had a little tiny white Styrofoam things.

The housekeeping staff do a great job of keeping the rooms clean. Its right next door to McDonalds and literally right off the interstate.

Our assigned room had door open and a man was sleeping on top of the bed!!! We got assigned another room and there were bags on the bed as if someone had checked in!!!

I didn’t like the room, the bathroom, the hallways, the swimming pool sight and the surroundings, both up and down stairs were stuffy and smelling cigarette. Toilets are filthy even dead bugs in rooms. Beds not made. I am still expecting my money back.

The place smelled really bad. The outdoor swimming pool had about 3 feet of filthy green dirty water in it. Couldn't use it. The bathroom door would not close. The toilet wouldn't flush half of the time. The carpeting in the halls and room was worn with holes in it in several places. The outside needed to be refreshed with paint and landscaping. The dresser drawers had debris in them. Needed to be cleaned out. Would never stay here again or recommend this motel to anyone. 😡😡

The location was not as nice as I thought it would be, the rooms did not look like the pictures, it was not as clean as it should have been inside the room, hotel, and outside, I asked for a room next to a door and got it, but the door locks at a certain time and when I got back it would not let me in with my key so I had to walk around the block to the front door to get in. No one told me that that was their process due to homeless people coming in at night. I began to feel unsafe then. The manger dismissed my concerns due to safety and was not very polite.

The check-in clerk was nice and polite. They had cameras around the hotel.
