the access codes and check-in instructions are a little confusing .. one crazy long run-on paragraph. needs to be written better to read it easier. toilet had sign over it saying to not flush toilet paper ???? um. what the heck do you want me to do with it then ? there were no other instructions, and no receptacle to place used tp in. I saw reviews saying the bed was unstable and uncomfortable, but they were from 2023 so I figured that was probably fixed by now - it wasn't. it was the most obnoxiously squeaky bed, and it kind of rocked when you moved around, like it had been broken or something. could not figure out the damn tv. I'd turn it on and it would just cycle on a screen that said Roku, flashing off and on. my trip wasn't about watching tv, but it would've been nice to fall asleep to a movie, bc it's kinda loud (planes overhead, thin walls, a lot of echoing / nothing absorbing sound) you *will* hear planes & your neighbors - if you're a light sleeper I do not recommend. everything is very echoey, and the stairwell outside your door amplifies every sound, every step, I could hear every word ppl said. but I live in an apartment with a family of 5 upstairs, the 3 kids are 8 & under .. so I was primed for most of the noise. again - if I could've used the tv to drown some of it out that would've been nice.

very cute & clean; private. convenient walkable area - so close to the park. my daughter & her husband moved to SD 2yrs ago so I visit them and my new grandbaby a few times a year; I don't know the area and they are also still learning so I never really knew good areas to stay, and I just played it safe and always stayed in hotel circle bc everyone said it was "central, clean and safe". but it is not very convenient if you don't travel with a car. this location is much better (for me) - several restaurants very close by, cvs half a block away for easy access to grab water and snacks. the area felt fairly safe to me, and it was nice being able to explore the park when I'd leave the family at night, instead of being stuck in my room with nothing nearby to do (like at hotel circle). a nice uber driver also gave me info on the local public transit in the area, so I could explore more and spend less on ubers. I will 100% be staying in this area in the future.

I could hear everything through the walls and the stairs. The room was also not as clean as I expected since I found an insect in the utensils drawer and some spiderwebs around the blinds.

I liked the size of the room, the bed, the security to get in, and the location. The room was really nice just like the photos. The staff was also very responsive when I realized my fridge was not working and then they came to see what was going on.

The Upstairs Guests were Very Loud, Coming Home early morning hours (3:30am) & Making a lot of Noise Walking Around with Heavy/Heeled Shoes & What sounded like Moving Around Heavy Objects - I would suggest adding Carpet to High Traffic Areas for Sound Absorption.

The Host was very Responsive & Attentive to Communications & Requests. The Info to Check-In was Detailed & Helpful, & the Room Accommodations were Clean & Adequate, Much Better than a Hotel.

I really liked this studio, it was super convenient for balboa park, downtown as well as other areas. There’s a little plane noise in the day but I didn’t hear many at night. The gentleman in the office was very pleasant and helpful. Would recommend a stay here!

check out time was too early at 10 am. quit noise either from other room or airplane fly over. bed frame was not very stable, a bit shaky and making noise when turn around.

Awful. Awful. Planes landing overhead every few minutes. So if you keep door and windows shut, you might get some rest. But awful if you want some fresh air. Also, there is little to no insulation so we heard upstairs people using the steps and walking around all night long. We had booked for 4 nights and it was so bad we left after 1 night. Also, there were several homeless people in the area. It did not feel safe.

parking was a little hassle but not bad at all

I loved the security first of all. it was so clean and super cute. I was so comfortable. It may seem like a bummer because of the planes flying over, but you can hardly hear them in the room at all. everything was so comfy.
