Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The space was lovely and the staff was incredible!! Everyone we interacted with from the front desk staff to the manager and general manager were exceedingly gracious and welcoming!

United StatesThe space between the bed and the desk was so small. I get it’s New York but making the rooms so little is so unattractive. The lobby also had a weird mildew smell? I couldn’t wait to get to my room fast enough. It was quite bad.
While the room was on the smaller side the bathroom was large and amazing and the bed was insanely comfortable. View of the Empire State Building was cute and I enjoyed how much light the room had thanks to the massive windows. Staff were so friendly and attentive.

Comfortable, excellent service (we asked for extra water, pillows, etc.) and I loved the fruited water and lemonade always available across from the front desk. The staff were as good as they get. LuxembourgWe booked rooms with breakfast included. The quality of the breakfast is really not in line with the quality of the rest of the hotel. That's a pitty, because it would make the difference between a nice stay and an exceptional stay. With a professional approach, the breakfast could be significantly improved in a simple way. For example, by serving ripe fruit instead of hard and unripe fruit — which doesn’t cost anything extra. Or by offering higher-quality bread instead of industrial options. The selection was also very limited, especially if you're staying for several days. My recommendation to the hotel: bring the breakfast up to the same level as the rest of the hotel — or even better. Now it is really poor.
Very friendly and professional staff. Rooms are quite small but that is perfectly ok for NY. Location within Manhattan is super, most places are at walking distance. Would surely come again.

We, a family of 4, stayed for 7 nights in the month of August. We booked two Queen executive rooms. When we checked in there was an issue with respect to the rooms. However, the problem was handled by the management very nicely and promptly. We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. the location of the hotel is excellent, within walking distance to the Times Square. There are a lot of good eating options just around the hotel and a very good bagel shop just next to the hotel. With respect to the rooms, they were comfortable, the cleanliness was good, housekeeping was done daily with replacement of towels etc. In the morning, they have a complimentary service for tea/coffee in the lobby area. overall we had an excellent experience and would recommend this hotel highly. Also special thanks to the General Manager of the hotel, who took special care of us during our stay.

IsraelWe got the room in 30 minutes delay. The staff took care of us as we were soaking wet from the rain, yet no manager came to see us. Also our luggage arrived to the room after a long wait, I needed to call twice to the receptionist to ask for the luggage. So we were waiting to get the room and our luggage for more than an hour, with wet clothes and shoes (and a two year old baby). It can happen anywhere but I was disappointed that they didn’t compensate us.

The room we booked was spacious and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly from the very first welcoming up to the end of the stay. Also the pre-check in formalities and WhatsApp chat were very convenient to prepare our arrival, especially due to some delays at airport customs.
