The pool was very cold and not very inviting due to the lights being all off around 6pm. Water was pouring from a light fixture in the msin lobby. The window blinds did not close that well. Found a random sock next to the room chair There is no outlet near tv to plug in roku.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The AC worked well. The refrigerator with an actual freezer was a very happy surprise. The pool and pool area were clean. The pool seemed to be cleaned with salt and not chlorine, which was also a nice surprise. Breakfast was okay. The nightlight in the bathroom was nice to have.

Breakfast was ok. The problem was they had only one staff person to run the desk and breakfast so the amount and vareity of food was limmited. Perhaps they were short staffed that day.

The property is sort of run-down and basic. Given that it's not walking distance to downtown and needs some upgrades, the price was a little high.

Bathroom sink was cracked. Air conditioner didn't work well. Toilet paper roll was broken so roll had to sit on the counter. Doors didn't latch tight. Tvs were very dated. Pool was not very clean. Hot tub has been deleted and filled in with a table put in its place. Vending machines were removed from my floor. Vending machines that were on main level were very poorly stocked.

We had hot water issues, the bathroom door was broken and didn’t shut properly. Also, breakfast was hit or miss. They didn’t have everything out or weren’t prepared for their guests. Which was disappointing since that was a main reason I chose this hotel.

The room was accommodating for 5 people. They weren’t really booked so it wasn’t overly crowded, which allowed us full access to the pool.

The sidewalks were not shoveled. The parking lot was not plowed very good. Or salted very good. I had to walk through some deep snow. The vending machines were empty and one of them took my money and wouldn’t vend anything and wouldn’t give my money back.

The room wasn’t what I booked I had booked a king sized bed and I entered the room it was still dirty so I was changed to a queen bed room the remote in the room had dead batteries. I could have waited for the king bed room to be cleaned and bed made but instead I was put in a room I had not booked

The reason we chose this hotel is because it has a pool. The water was so cold my daughter refused to get in and went back to the room crying. I asked the staff to turn up the temperature and they said they would, but the next morning it was still very cold. This negated the reason for picking this hotel -- without which, it is just a non-descript hotel in a so-so location and so-so condition.

The room was clean and staff were helpful. Breakfast was fine - typical hotel breakfast.

we arrived around 11pm and the girl who was checking us in, had a BAD attitude. when my partner asked about pay, she replied with it was already taken care off and i had said, no my card is a debit-mastercard that was used to book the room. when i said we needed to use his card, she rolled her eyes and let out a bothered sigh. it's late, we're tired but your job is to confirm payment and she didn't. she told us she would refund MY card and charge his. sure ok. we got the receipt when checking out and she refunded mine, charged mine AGAIN and refunded his card.

Refrigerator was not working. I was offered another room but I had just got all unpacked (had a lot of luggage) and didn't want to move.

Definitely could use some updating. My biggest complaint was the on site laundry so not a big deal for most people. I’m grateful for a place that had the option but the change machine wasn’t working, the front desk didn’t have (or wouldn’t give me) quarters in exchange for my dollars and told me to go to the nearest gas station, then after all that and paying $2 to dry a SMALL load of clothes (and $2 to wash), they weren’t even dry. I ended up using the hairdryer in our room to help dry them before having to check out. Theres also only one washer and one dryer for the entire building. The indoor pool was FREEZING. My son really wanted to swim while we were there but we only lasted maybe 10 minutes.

Our stay here was good. Right off the interstate and close to downtown without being in the congestion. There was a decent breakfast selection and rooms were spacious.

The fact that the front desk person wasn't very attentive as watching her phone with ear buds in, in the office instead of tending to people was off-putting. When we left just after 5am, the front desk staff member was sleeping on the floor behind the desk.
