There is no breakfast, there is no coffee maker in the room, there is no microwave. The reception staff could work on being more polite.

Too much parking light emitted into room. Clearly does not go the extra mile that the sink faucets are operable and in my case, atleast not leaking. 2 locked doors connecting adjoining room. Many layers of old fresh layers of paint.

The staffs should ensure that basic needs for the consumers are available in the room before they’re checked in. There was no iron and the stressing board in the room I was.

It was advertised hotel has a gym and a spa. That was not so moreover, Wi Fi did not work. Bathroom doorknob was broken. Kids were afraid of being lock in bathroom.

The person at check-in said that breakfast is juice and coffee, which is not breakfast. It wasn't clear that there would even be food I could eat since it wasn't clear there was food at all. There were clearly crumbs on the seat for the desk in the room and it seemed like the desktop was dirty, so I avoided them both. The shower pressure is a little weak but it seemed clean enough. The bathroom sink was unable to fully turn off.

The bed was very comfortable and seemed clean. It was a fairly quiet experience overall, which I needed.

Not enough usb outlets in the room! The two on the bedside lamp were broken.

The beds were cozy and firm— just what I like. The rooms are set back from the busy turnpike location in Woodbury, which makes them relatively quiet. Parking is right in front of these rooms, which means you have a space right in front of your room. There’s a terrific diner about 300 yards away on the same side of the turnpike, and the coffee machine in the breakfast area brews each cup freshly.

Seemed to take a long time to check in which is odd and there was a moment where the front desk person was going to give me a room with a different bed configuration than I had reserved. That doesn't make sense.

The room provides the barest minimum required: a bed, desk, chair, bathroom. No coffee maker or any additional comforts. The bed is the narrowest "double" I've ever seen. Front desk staff is barely competent, and never mentioned a breakfast. Maybe I'm not used to NY prices, but definitely not a great value for the $200 I paid.

The headboard of the bed was sticky. We got back to the room late. It was around midnight before we got in bed, noticed the problem and called the front desk. I was cordial throughout. But, the response was not good. The front desk attendant could not offer any sort of solution until morning, and was a bit rude when I pushed back and said something like "but this is gross and we have to sleep here tonight". All I asked for was a cleaning spray and a rag, and that was not going to happen apparently. So, I walked to the desk, showed him pictures, and was told he had ZERO access to a cleaning product of any kind to wipe it off because the housekeeping closet was locked. I don't buy that at all. No wipes? No spray of any kind? I was give two small hand towels, and told "this is good enough". It wasn't. So, I walked out dissatisfied with effectively zero effort being made by them. We found a way to cover the sticky spots with our bath towels and went to bed. I realized, at the time even, the it could just be the vinyl was worn out from being cleaned over time, or perhaps with the wrong product. But I'm not just going to assume that is the issue and this sticky headboard, that pulled out some of my wife's hair, is clean enough to sleep on until I know for sure it has at least been wiped down/sanitized. It was a poor effort. The clothing iron also didn't make steam, and had a residue on it. I wasn't about to ask for that to be addressed after the headboard. We made it work. But, the lack of willingness to go find some lysol or something similar was unacceptable. It was not "good enough".

It was fine. The initial desk attendants were nice at check in. Not much to say.
