Room smelled like wet carpet. We sprayed febreeze and that helped. Doors dragged on the floor. Hard to open and shut. Bathroom door and door going into the room. Had trouble turning TV on. Had to get help from front desk. The help was wonderful their. Just believe room needs a little TLC.

There was no coffee pot available for the room. One was found and delivered later in the day after we went visiting. You will need a fan or other white noise maker to somewhat stifle the train horns which pass by all night at regular intervals.

The motel is close to downtown, but right across from the railroad tracks which are very busy. Staff is courteous. The room was spacious.

Could use more light bulbs in the lamps, shouldn't need to buy my own. Double checking bathroom cleaning and or vacuuming. Water presser in the shower head could be a bit better.. But we've had much worse.

Went to the room and it was not cleaned at all from the previous guest who checked out! Extremely disappointed by this because management should check each and every room before the key is issued to the new guest. Went back to the office and was issued a new room with an apology. Went to the second room and even though this was clean, it appeared that one of the bed was used and not made up! I didn't want to go back to the office so we just settled down. Room was spacious and it did come with microwave and refrigerator. Hotel should mention this online under the room detail as I didn't know about it. Free internet was good but the instruction given was not correct. First, you have to connect to the hotel SSID. After that it will open up a new window where you enter user ID and password that was given to you with room key. Overall, room definitely needs update and fix. TV remote didn't work, bathroom exhaust fan was loud and distracting, bathroom had a cheap $1 night lamp but had a broken lamp, and room lamps that supposed to have 2 bulbs only had 1 bulb! Also, there was no hand towel in the bathroom and had to go to the front desk to get it.

Excellent location. Multiple eateries within walking distance. Friendly front desk staff.

The in room coffee was horrible and signs said free breakfast but there was no breakfast offered.

Good rates, easy parking, pets allowed, clean, comfortable beds, good place to walk dogs.

On the website it says that breakfast is included. They don't have breakfast available. The door had to be lifted up to lock it. Not sure what the cause was but now and then the unit would tremble like someone slamming a door or something.

We liked that it was pet friendly and the fee for it wasn't very high. A grocery store is nearby and downtown is easy to get to. Inside the room is clean and spacious.

We could easily tell that the room hasn't been properly cleaned in months. (at least) there was a pile of crap that'd been swept up behind the door but clearly not vacuumed or mopped. The top henge in the front door was completely off the door. We had to lift the door to open and close it. Broken and unusable corner lamp and rust on the lamp between the beds. We thought the tub faucet was going to fall out when we pulled the tab up to shower.

Decent hotel in the area and I'm being generous.

Better towels

The staff was excellent, but the room smelled like mold. What I did not like about my stay was that the face towels looked like someone had wiped their boots or cleaned their car with them.

Decent hotel, room dusty, light out in bathroom. Family member stayed in different room mattress was sunken in reported to front desk was advised was unaware.
