Parking we did not like, if you parked in the street, you took a risk of a ticket or a tow. Paid for a 24 hour parking garage that was an unexpected cost (first time to the city, was not aware this was a normal procedure.) But the plus, a parking garage was a secure place for your vehicle with no worries.

We Liked that it was conveniently located. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean, linen/towels/trash was changed daily. Had a working elevator.

It’s a little frayed around the edges & decoratively tired, not a big deal for us (as a group of lads) but may affect other potential guests..

Construction was happening so the view was not the greatest. Parking was not available so if you come go to the parking garage nearby.

This European style hotel was an experience. They had the room set up for us already when we checked in. The front desk was amazing and very helpful! The location was near the area that we wanted to visit.

Location was perfect. The accessibility to ferry, subway and citibikes was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was big and perfect for us and our adult children.

Great location in the financial district. Close to the subway station. Lots of good eating spots nearby. Room was large and front staff were the best! They went above and beyond to help out and accommodate anything we needed.

The showers are confusing to me because they only have a glass panel across half of the tub, leaving the back end open and creating the possibility of getting the floor wet (not to mention just feeling literally exposed to the elements). We had an upgrade to a room with a kitchen, but it didn’t include any supplies like extra soap, towels, dishes/utensils, etc so it seems a little useless. We asked for additional soap so that we could at least use both sinks at the same time. Bed and pillows were fine, but a little on the firm side for me.

The attendants in the breakfast buffet asked us if what is our room nos. after entering which is normal for me then they came back and asked my husband if what is our name? Which is odd because they can just check in their computer that info. But what makes it upsetting to me was guests just keep on coming and we never saw them asked anyone the same question. My experience with other hotels in our travels is that there is someone by the door asking you before you enter your room number and not while you are getting your food. And when i asked that girl attendant why did they asked us twice, she answered that theres a glitch in their computer that says its only 1 person. But the the thing is they dont know that information until i told them our room number.? They should asked the front desk instead of us while we are already in the middle of getting our food because it was very embarrasing for us.

I would say to lower the temperature on the hall. We were in floor 4 and every time we left the room to go to the elevator it was a sauna. Would be nice to re paint the walls and change some furniture.

Amazing people by the reception, really helping any time we needed it. Location is great, so closed to all the transportation and so quite at night. The room we had was big, little kitchen, living room, bath, bedroom. We thought by other comments that breakfast would not be good, so we did not take the breakfast option and went out for the first morning to eat outside, turns out breakfast was ok, they have the basics, but that it is enough for us. Eggs, hams and cheeses, fruit, cereals, yogurts, breads, avocado, sweets.. was perfect to start the day to just have breakfast in the hotel. Good cleaning service.

Not many facilities, don't think there was a bar, no gym, pool, spa, fitness centre or anything of the like.

Really good area, very decent price. Friendly stuff, comfortable beds.
