The toilet was not clean, it still had urine stain on it which is quite disgusting.

Check in. It takes about 4 hours to check in. Only because of this feature i will not go here again. Otherwise very good resort

Waiting long time for the Check-In as there were lot of people. For any details required you need to wait as there will be lot of people waiting in the line.

Room was nice with a good view, and its location is close to the Las Vegas Strip.

The Excalibur still allows smoking in the casino, which you can't avoid while going in and out of the hotel, so the smell and smoke bothered us a bit.

We were going to a concert at the T-Mobile Arena so the location and value was most important. The room was also large, comfortable and clean.

It’s dated and it smelled musty . Coffee shop should be open for travelers leaving at 5 am . The curtains are thin so spot lights shone through !

The only few complaints I have is that there was broken glass left on the floor of the bathroom, and it was fairly difficult to find staff. We didn't know anything about wifi, if it was free or if we had to pay for it. We tried to call front desk and didnt get an answer so we ended up going without it. You check in through a kiosk which can be nice and easy, but if you have any questions you'll have to find someone

We stayed here for the location and it did not disappoint. Right across the from the strip and just a quick walk from anything we wanted to do. Free tram to the other hotels, and it felt very safe. There were lots of security, too and the security knew a lot about the hotels.

The firstly assigned room was a smelly basement like room with view on the internal backyard. Totally out of any major hotel quality, that room needs reconstruction!

On the downside, the pillows were overly large and dense, which left my neck sore each morning. Also, there was no fridge in the room where one should have been. It would have been very helpful for keeping drinks and snacks cold.

The room was spacious, and the bathroom had plenty of counter space, which was a nice convenience. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the hotel was surprisingly quiet for Las Vegas. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. It was also very convenient to get to and from the airport by Uber. The location is excellent if you’re attending a concert at the T-Mobile Arena, and the nearby casinos and hotels offer plenty of food, drinks, and entertainment within a short walk.

Hotel was exactly what I expected from Las Vegas.. Big bold and over the top. I had trouble with my reservation but staff were on hand and very helpful. Room was clean and hotel was well kept in general. For a first time in Las Vegas this hotel/Casino was great.

Very little staff interaction - we were spoken to by more people trying to sell us a time share than anyone who actually worked at the hotel. The hotel room was not very clean - the bedding had orange stains, the lamp had a thick layer of dust.

Great value for money. A very comfortable room, with a very comfortable bed. The pool was very good, fun during the day with the music.

Our room was to far and took too long to get too. Buffet was not worth the price and no valet or shuttle services.

Fridge in the room cost extra. TV didn’t have many channel options. We paid for parking, but we had to call the attendant every time because our ticket didn’t work even after being replaced.

Really good room for the value. Food voucher was great. Some friendly staff.
