Keep in mind that cleaning is only done weekly but you can request fresh towels and additional supplies as needed.

With a 20 night stay, we really needed a place that we could set up a home away from home and Everhome allowed us to do so. There was plenty of room for three people, we used the pool and gym several times, and the kitchen allowed us to eat in room when desired. A huge plus was their pet policy which allowed us to keep our traveling dog with us.

The gentleman and 2 ladies at the front desk had very bad attitudes and was not pleasant at all. We asked the gentleman for an extra blanket and it took him 30 mins before helping us and we were the only ones at the front desk with him.

The location and property itself was very nice. Things were very clean. House keeping did an amazing job with things.

My room was exceptionally large and the bed was very comfortable. The TV had choices that I’ve never seen in a hotel room, especially Wi-Fi and streaming abilities. The only negative was there was no alarm clock and they don’t do wake up calls. They did loan me an alarm clock, which I had to sign for. I was told that people have walked off with their alarm clocks in the past. This facility is only a year old and is very very beautiful. I highly recommend anyone stay here, especially if you’re going to the Kentucky horse park. It is very very close.

Overall experience was great. the only issue was that they didn't have a ice machine had them in the refrigerator but made ice very slowly. Was not efficient.

The mattress wasnt the most comfortable. The door on the bathroom was just a slider and wasn't great for privacy. The parking lot is way too small. Had to park in the road one night.

I liked the suite part and the amenities.

The internet requires daily sing-in when staying for a few days and is limited to 2 free devices.

I very much loved the room, the gym, the outside area, the lobby, and the coffee they have at the reception. It was a perfect place for us to stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, with the slight exception of one gentleman at the reception who, though friendly, basically didn't care to help with an internet problem. The lady who replaced him in the morning easily solved that issue, though, and was very nice.

No flaws here, just a good, big clean, comfortable room.

Great location about 6 miles to Keeneland. Very new and very clean. Complimentary coffee in rooms and lobby. This location is set up to be a extended stay place so it has washer and dryer in suites, and a full bedroom and setting area and kitchen. Well lit parking lot. Beds are super firm and great. Pretty quiet place.
