I didn’t like the $25 pizza. I thought that price was a bit excessive for pizza in the roof restaurant but it’s my fault, I should’ve checked the price before I ordered it. Also, the next-door guests were very loud and came in after midnight, waking both of us up, but I can’t expect an old hotel like that to be very soundproof. As with any old hotel, the facilities were not up to modern day facilities, which I guess should’ve been expected.

The mistake of staying had a historical hotel that seen a lot of very important people come in and out of those doors.

Did not like the fact that others were allowed to smoke on the balcony rooms the balconies are not private, and the cigarette smoke affects other patrons. This was a big turn off. I probably would not upgrade to a balcony room again due to this.

Customer service was amazing from entry to exit! On site food is very good. I highly recommend the breakfast buffet, and the pizza in the sky bar is simply wonderful. The ghost tours are great-I definitely recommend, If you are in a ghost hunting mode, you will love the midnight tour. Hopefully, you will have an encounter I have been twice and have had one ghostly encounter! Amanda in the bar is fantastic. She is an incredible mixologist who really knows what she’s doing. The hotel is pet friendly and has two sweet kitty cats on site!

Cannot think of anything I didn’t like.

The Crescent Hotel and Spa has everything on site so you don’t even need to leave. Great family vacation location or just a couple’s getaway. The ghost tour, on site, is amazing. Highly recommend. They will also shuttle you to the historic downtown Eureka Springs so you can shop.

The breakfast was not that great. Cold buffet foods even early.

Spacious room, very clean and comfortable. Staff was outstanding! Great pool and outdoor activities for the whole family. If spooky is your thing, the haunted tour was fun and full of fantastic history of the property.

The pool could be open a bit later. More in-room hotel information would be nice. Needed more lighting in the room. It was hard to see in one section, especially the closet.

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Friendly staff. Plenty to do on-site and free transport off the property. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast in the Crystal Dining Room was fresh and yummy even at 10:30am when they close at 11a. Had a double queen room, it was more than spacious enough for a girls' trip. The bathroom was adorable with what I assume is original or from the 30's remodel. 💯 recommend.

the pool and hot tub were Sadley down during our stay because they were renovating the hotel. Also the spa was down on the day we wanted it because they were renovating.

The hotel had a cool old-world vibe and they were actively updating the hotel to make it even better. The breakfast was really good and there were lots of options with the buffet. Beds were comfy and the room itself was surprisingly big. They had a free shuttle service that got wherever u were downtown fast, u literally just called the number, and the car would pick u up. the rooftop bar was awesome and they had a live band play every night.
