Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I had a little issue with the cleanliness of the tub but the staff was very responsive and got it taken care of quickly. My 80 year old mother and my sister and I were all very impressed with the staff. Also the restaurant food and staff were on point.

United StatesIt was a big bummer that there was a giant sign in front of our window. I booked the more expensive room with the jacuzzi tub in front of the window because I thought it would be relaxing and comfortable to look out at the view. But the view was severely obstructed by a giant wooden sign, for new years or some decoration. Bummer. And my husband is sensitive to dander and dust and mold, and he really had a hard time when the AC was on, and he pulled out the filter and saw that it really was dirty and needed to be cleaned.
I love the location, the character, the vibe, and the people were all great!

United StatesThere was nothing I didn't like, but be prepared to be patient. It is a small town...there is probably one bartender or one shuttle driver working. Just don't be in a rush.
The Basin Park Hotel is centrally located to everything in Eureka Springs. You can walk to everything from this location. Most parades/crawls go past the hotel or happen in the community park next door to the hotel. It's so relaxing to park your car in the hotel parking lot and walk or use the hotel shuttle everywhere you go.
