This property is part of a resort, so they can charge you extra on holidays. Our room did not have any hooks or closet space to hang clothes. The shower was tiny.

Great location to downtown, to Rocky Mountain National Park and trails.

We were disappointed that we did not have a balcony or terrace or any real outside space. Being on the ground floor we found the noise from the people in the apartment above us was quite loud and we were woken several times. We tried to request a first floor apt but none were available.

The apartment was confortable and well equipped. The entrance to RMNP is literally a few minutes drive. Elk came into the car park and grounds in the evening which was lovely to see.

No WiFi included. Strange pricing options. They didn’t mention free WiFi available in lobby until checkout. Bathroom could do with some minor updates. Toilet seat very old. Soap holder as well

World Mark charges extra to access their WiFi. That was a bummer. We also got overcharged, for the taxes, which Booking.com already collected. Now neither one is willing to reimburse us.

The water pressure in the shower head could be better.

The WorldMark Estes Park feels like a home away from home where you literally can do your own cooking, etc. No disturbances and staff is easy to reach and very helpful. The grounds are in beautiful surroundings which only heightens your feeling of relaxation.

Game room and exercise room needs updating. Sound canceling.updated in unit Thought game room had a pool table but just 2 ping pong tables. Would have liked an opportunity to have a unit more private closer to the river side. The gentleman that checked us in didn't offer any options. We were right by the exit facing the street. and the parking lot. So couldn't comfortably enjoy the outside of the resort. Usually if you're checking in mid week you can sometimes have more options If your a bottom unit expect to hear the upstairs unit. We had 2 different guest changes while we're there. They don't realize they are making so much noise. All the feet traffic

Our place smelled pretty heavily of mildew. You got used to it once you were on there but every time you went out and came back in it hit you in the face. I’m sure the grounds was booked up otherwise I would have asked to be moved to a different space.

Amazing location for getting into Rocky Mountain National Park. Cute grounds with a little park and water running through. Loved the in room washer/dryer with complimentary laundry soap.

i booked 2 twins in the second bedroom. i didnt get it, got the queen instead and i ended up on an air mattress on the floor as the sofa bed was typical😩...next time i'll only book a property on the phone.

the condo was very comfortable for a family of three, nice beds, nice bathrooms. kitchen was pretty well stocked to cook a thanksgiving meal.

This property cancelled my reservation the night before I was due to arrive. They said unforeseen circumstances, however I went there to check there was no other reason than it was a festival and they gave my room to a bigger group to make more money. I will never book a World Mark property again. They didn’t even rebook me, and told me to contact booking.com to help. I ended up paying 600 dollars more as I had booked this months before and there was nothing left and what was available was at premium rate. Booking.com also told me to rebook myself and they couldn’t help. The hotel has not even sent me my full pre payment back yet. What a terrible hotel with such bad practices. You don’t deserve any customers

everything is perfect except the staff. She kind of racialised me because Im an Asian i can tell. The hotel was double charged me. I called to talk about the payment about 5 times, they keep saying that the manager wasnt there. I also contact Booking.com 4 times to help me follow up the double charged payment but they only talk to the hotel and they told me “the hotel really has charged me, they going to tell the manager for refund but right now they couldnt do anything because the manager wasnt there” Right now, its been a month I havent get any refund even email or call back! for both Booking.com or the hotel!!! it is a really nice place, but the service is really bad though

Our room was not quite like it was pictured online. We didn’t have a pull out sofa either. The spas were dirty and the jets didn’t work. The entire place looked much nicer in photographs.

It’s a cute place! The staff was exceptionally kind! It’s close to RMNP and downtown. You are on the river and can see the mountains.
