The hotel could use some updating. But I am thinking they are going for the old world charm. I wish there was a microwave in the room.

The decor and atmosphere are unparalleled to other hotels. Breakfast and round the clock comforts like tea, coffee, hot chocolate and cookies are amazing. So many beautiful and serene lounge areas indoor and outdoor, it really promotes connection to others and or nature. Grounds are expansive and well-kept.

Our beds were a bit uncomfortable. I have back problems and whenever I stay at a hotel, the beds are never as supporative like mine. So, it may be just me and the beds would probably be fine for others.

On the downside, the hotel is definitely showing its age. The bathroom design was awkward—the tub had very tall side walls that made it difficult to get in and out of, and the tight space by the closet made the layout uncomfortable. The biggest disappointment was the pool and hot tub, which are badly in need of repairs. Pieces of the wall were literally in the water with us, which made the experience feel unsafe and unappealing.

We had such a wonderful stay at this Amish hotel! The entire place was spotless and beautifully decorated, creating such a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. At check-in we were greeted with free cookies, which were so good we couldn’t resist grabbing some again at check-out but they didn't have any out yet—such a thoughtful touch! Breakfast was delicious, and the staff overall were very friendly and helpful. (We did encounter one staff member who seemed a little crabby, but everyone else more than made up for it with their kindness.) This hotel truly exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness, charm, and little extras made our stay so memorable—we would definitely stay here again!

Location, beautiful grounds, very nicely decorated, food was amazing! We took horse and buggy ride with our kids. We got a little bit of history of the property and got to see the beautiful grounds. Definitely worth it!

I enjoy everything

We stayed in the atrium... I love the cozy large room with the tables and couches and large pot belly stove right outside our room. The coffee always available. Cookies in the afternoon. Playing Mexican train at the tables in the breakfast area in the evening. The grounds are so beautiful for a morning walk on pumpkin vine trail. The little shops and restaurant in walking distance.

The pool and hot tub area needs to have the coated flooring and carpet replaced. There are several areas where the coating is torn.

The cookies in the evening are a nice treat. The decor of the inn is very fitting for the community. The breakfast was also good.
