How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

1st the room has no safe box and no slippers amd no kettle to make coffee or tea having 5 people in the family room ,room service every 48 hrs not 24 while I have 3 kids with me

Extra fees! $150 extra for my 12 pound dog for one night! Then parking fees! Rooms need a good cleaning and need to be redone. Carpet and furniture was worn.
Convenient to the airport and dog friendly.

The hotel is in need of an update and it smelled of smoke. For the price it didn't have a pool.

Our room. Apart from the fact that it was small for 4 people and a dog, there was no ventilation, it stank and we couldn't cook because the kitchen ventilation didn't work either. There were no windows or extractor in the bathroom. I called attention to this several times but the technician only came to tell us that it wasn't working and that he was sorry. 😮💨 Besides, the breakfast hours were very early and there were a lot of people, if you went down 30 minutes before the end of the schedule, you wouldn't find anything. There was a swimming pool but they told you there wasn't one, so we couldn't use it.
The location. Although it is a bit remote, there is a super large shopping center nearby, IKEA and the bus station. and the best thing was it had a shuttle to the airport.

Bathroom needs updating. Bottom of tub had the look that it was dirty due to old non slips applied at the bottom of it. Asked if they had a bath mat to lay inside the tub but was sent a bath floor towel instead so laid that inside tube.

Hotel needs refresh walls in rooms needs painting and more comfy furniture in living room. At least a ottoman so u can get ur feet up. It was noisy at night like a motor running. Hard to get to sleep.
Good variety. Restocked when needed. Glad they got the new Toaster before we left. Serve bacon more often most days was sausage. The shuttle drivers very friendly and prompt.

both elevators went out not stocked well at mini market unlike across the street at the Marriott

The sofa bed was not made. The sofa bed had broken springs. There was no soap bar or dish soap in the bathroom and Kitchenet.
Fair price. Acceptable facilities. Friendly staff.

not all the staff are cooperating, I left note at the front disk to clean my room , when I returned at the end of the day , unfortunately I found the room not cleaned because the employee at the front disk forgot to inform the house keepers!!!???, I contacted the manager and she told me , no staff available to clean my room !!!

I woke up at 9am and breakfast was almost over and I missed the waffles…oh well. Not the hotels fault but I was disappointed to not get a waffle lol
I actually didn’t request a quiet room but because we got in so late 430am the lady at the front desk did it automatically and gave a check out time of 2pm. Amazingly great customer service!

It’s in total disrepair. Tried two rooms, both sofa beds were broken, springs missing. Mattresses were flat and heavily stained. Other aspects of the room weren’t functional. It’s as if little to nothing done and the place is barely maintained.
Woman at desk was wonderful.
