Some staff were ok and others weren’t as accommodating. They allow pets so be prepared to see dogs in the hotel.

The facilities were good and the location was great. A big hotel with zuma on the ground floor.

Kimpton Epic is truly a very good hotel. The rooms are really spacious, and the staff is professional and always friendly. The only thing to be aware of is that upon check-in, they ask for a deposit almost as high as the accommodation cost itself, so be prepared for that. Also, the hotel does not offer free parking, which means you should be ready to pay hundreds of dollars in valet fees throughout your stay. Other than these, everything was perfect.

The location and the views were amazing. The short walking distance to different places and shops was a plus for me. I was happy with the choice. I will go back again if I can choose a different room with a mini fridge and bathroom privacy.

The fact that the room did not have a mini fridge to keep drinks cold should not be happening for a "5 star" hotel. The other issue was the bathroom and the main room had an opening area. Not a very good choice for privacy. Some people travel with children and want privacy in the bathroom

The room was clean minus a few stranger's hairs, remnants of someone's balloon party and the pull out couch mattress had stains. We just used the couch instead.

Very nice, beautiful view and great location. We were surprised to find when we got to the room they had upgraded us from a double room to a king suite. It was the prettiest room we have ever seen. View was spectacular!

The staff is incompetent.I already paid for my room and when I got there I was charged $479 again and if My bank did not alert me of going over my credit limit I would not have know they charged me twice. I have not gotten a refund as yet from neither my bank or booking.

The room that we were in this time (a higher floor) had broken doors in the bathroom, and some of the lights weren't working. What I generally don't like about this hotel is that you never have the ability to early check-in or late checkout, even if you ask in advance, and offer to pay for it. The reception desk seems under-staffed, the waiting time is longer than any hotel I've stayed at. The staff is a hit and miss, sometimes helpful, sometimes moody and rude.

I often stay at this hotel as I love the location, the fact that there is coffee available in the morning, they have loads of lounge areas, a nice gym, and all room types have a good view, even the pool ones.

In The room we got, towels had hair beard hair. We have a 1 yr old. We were going to use the hand washer and it was cloaked . Very nasty. So we complained and got upgraded. To our surprise towels there were also dirty.

I really liked this hotel. It's gorgeous and the location was perfect. It was close to everywhere we wanted to go, and I loved the pool area and the restaurant. We stayed at the top floor and the view was astounding. 10/10

The room was not properly cleaned, the floor! I found a broken piece of glass on my carpet that was there from before. Also in the closet there was chips on the floor, from previous guests... Also during my stay nobody bothered to clean anything, appart redoing my bed. So Is more then obvious that nobody really touches, vacuums, or cleanse the floor!

Location is great - well depends why you are in town for. Almost all the rooms have a very nice view and they are quite big.

The Staff was generally supper good. The furniture can be more clean, there were stain on sofa. Air Condition was not working properly and technician had to turn it off completely, jakuzi was working without any touch while we were sitting in living room.
