Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWe were immediately met with the smell of marijuana as we entered our room. I went back to the desk to notify them so that we wouldn't be charged for any damage and when I asked if they had any air freshener or anything, the lady simply said not at that time of night. No apologies, offer to move to another room, or anything. The couch in the room had several stains and the covers on one of the beds was either really worn or dirty. I typically travel with my own washcloths. When we returned from breakfast one morning, the housekeeper had taken my "pink" washcloths despite it not being a "white Hilton" cloth.
The breakfast was awesome and the breakfast staff were absolutely amazing. They were so friendly and accommodating. Extremely professional and ready to help at any given moment.

United StatesWhen I was there last year, only one elevator back this year still only one elevator working very, very long wait at times specially when you dealing with people with a walker and can’t stand long
I called in advance because I had older parents that didn’t walk good and walk with a walker. I asked for the first floor, which we had stayed there before and had a reservation. They gave us the third floor. Also the heat did not work they supposed to give me a rebate or refund have not seen it yet.

United StatesNot much I didn’t like staff was great service was good. The elevator was out of service, but that’s nothing they can control and I got my steps in going up the stairs. For the money it was an extreme value and we had a great time.
The property was very well maintained. It was very economical for a small suite. I had only one problem. I had to sleep on the sofa bed and they really need to update that it was uncomfortable but we still had so much fun. It didn’t matter, but I would imagine any sofa bed isn’t going to be extremely comfortable.they just need to update when they can.

United StatesWhile everything was great up until our 4th day we ask for our room to be cleaned. Housekeeping did not change the sheet she just made the bed. I know because I got something on the sheet and it was still there when she finished. No tissues in the tissue box. Missing the towel to step on when you get out the shower. Very sloppy job. Didn't take the garbage from under the sink 2 whole bags. The room almost looked the same as when we left it to be cleaned.
The breakfast is wonderful Ernestine "Ernie" is the sweetest woman at the Embassy.
