Extremely disappointed with this hotel. The beds were terrible — old, sagging mattresses that made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. We woke up sore and exhausted. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, showing no interest in assisting guests. Breakfast was another huge letdown: tasteless food, very limited choices, and low-quality products. The overall atmosphere of the hotel feels neglected and unwelcoming, as if no one cares about comfort or service. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Need more organization for the breakfast. Food wasn’t like other Embassy suites. Never got maid service. Parking lot and elevators with the cards keys were problematic No supervision at the pool. Young kids with no parents there were jumping from a chair into the spa. No baskets provided so used pool towels were all over the floor around the pool area

It was nice to have separate areas for my mom to sleep and we enjoyed that we were able to walk across the parking lot to PF Changs

If you are allergic to dairy you will not be able to eat breakfast Buffett

The room size .

Well for one i didn't like the bath tub not draining properly ,both bath tub and bathroom faucet drained slow ! A few of your staff members really need to brush up on there hospitality I found two of the female staff members very rude !

Great amenities and a perfect location. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the free breakfast is a nice bonus.

Not really many cons, but they could’ve had a few more dessert options at the restaurant.

Very difficult to get an invoice when reservation booked with a third-party (like Booking.com) - there is pointing finger on who is supposed to issue them (this is so unprofessional). People allowed to take food to their rooms from breakfast area (tacky atmosphere).

Great breakfast! The kids liked the koi fish pond and the view.

Elevators were a little slow.

Breakfast was very good. Parking was fine.shower curtain falling off. Hard to take shower without floor getting wet.

Bathroom needed attention.
