Loved the "reception hour" and the modern, clean rooms. The breakfast buffet is top notch. Everything was great, this is by far our favorite hotel.

We wanted more hooks in the bathroom and better ventilation as well. Also, we were bummed about the problem with the pool not being heated.

The breakfast was incredible. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was amazing. My wife and I used the pool table and the exercise facility.

Every thing was great except for when I asked to have the room cleaned every day. The person I told at check in marked us down for no maid. So on Sunday, we went to the front desk and got towels and Monday was the only day the maid came in.

The hotel have had some serious issues.. First, I didn't have hot water in my room for 3 days in the coldest days in Oregon! Instead of getting some understanding and offering to upgrade me to a better room I was told that the issue is fixed while it DID NOT. Then instead of offering me a compensation, the manager told me I was not telling the truth until I got out with all my things and went down to the lobby and made her change my room. Elevators were not working in some hours and days during my stay. Wi-Fi was not working in some hours and days which didn't allow me to work from the hotel.

Room was very hot upon arrival. Air conditioning to several hours to cool room down. No fan in the bathroom to dissipate smells. Toilet paper dispenser was broken.

The toilet could use a deep cleaning. The windows need to be washed on the outside. There were no menus in the room.

The only downside was we had difficulty in the bathroom because the toilet was so low to the ground and had a tub/shower we had to step into but no tub anti slip mat, makes it difficult for older travelers.

First time we’ve stayed at an Embassy Suites and it was great for what we needed. The breakfast was great and the serving staff very attentive to the buffet keeping it full and clean.

The only complaint is our room seemed a little dirty. The counter in the wet bar area was dirty and seemed like it hadn’t been wiped down well. There was also some spills on the wall next to the couch that was never cleaned up/wiped off the walls. The couch cushions weren’t placed on properly. And the shower floor seemed a little mildewy.

I liked the location. Quiet area close to shopping and restaurants. The lobby was nice and modern with some elegance. The rooms looked updated and modern as well.

There was no blanket and sheets for the pullout bed. Went to the desk with PJs with my kid who wasn't feeling well. It wasn't clear that there would be a $10 parking fee.

My tween kid was sick and the young woman from up front brought a thermometer, Tylenol and cold water to help. She made me feel like I was at home. The lobby had a relaxing waterfall and some cozy seats. The room was spacious and had two tvs. The breakfast was amazing!! There was a huge variety and cooked just right.

The evening cocktail hour could have better snack options. The refrigerator wasn't very cold, but that was the only issue with the room - it was great!

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here, but first time since Covid - much improved experience without mandatory masks! The breakfast was good and friendly staff. HUGE bathroom!
