Overpriced rooms and the fire pit patios open to the courtyard so they don’t have much privacy

The complimentary happy hour was decent, parking was easy, room had a comfy bed, easy to have flowers delivered to my room, close to downtown Napa

Breakfast was so simple and not enough sitting space for all the guests. My husband had to stand while trying to eat his breakfast.

I thought the $25 for parking was a bit excessive because you could actually park on the street for FREE!!!!

Most definitely a disappointment regarding the traditional breakfast I'm used when I stay at the Embassy Suites Hotels. I usually get the grilled vegetables for my breakfast. I did however enjoyed my room and the staff.

Upon arrival there was a debate about the number of people in my reservation - receptionist wanted me to pay extra cost which was not professional. Finally it was not needed but not a good start honestly. Gym was under renovation which was not indicated in advance. Too loud music in the courtyard early in the morning

The new hot tub the jets would intermittently turn off for a couple minutes and then turn back on never experienced that before and I didn't really like it, it's better when the jets stay on so if there is anyway to change that it would be better. The food at the social hour was not good at all. The breakfast was great though!

Property was recently re-modeled looks nice.

For the amount of money the hotel charges I feel it should have been disclosed that the hotel was renovating the property. And to charge a guest for parking is a little disappointing. Have stayed at Embassy Suites in the past and was never disappointed.

Loved the king suite!!! The bathroom was amazing!! I only gave this 9 stars because it was under renovation and had to walk a little farther to get to certain places… other than that it’s a very nice place and the food was delicious! Will definitely stay there again!!

The property was under construction when we were there so you had to walk a really long way to get to the breakfast area. But everything else was good. It also is right by the freeway, so it does get a little loud.

That we had to walk around the building for dining and breakfast as it was not accessible to the side we were on. Even though, it was nice that they had a shuttle service especially since my husband is disabled.

I enjoyed everything about the remodel. It’s definitely an upgraded experience. Last time we were here was on our anniversary February of last year when they were under construction on the side we stayed at this time around.

The property was under construction, so it was difficult to get around to the common areas where breakfast and the evening reception is located. You have to go around the property from the outside. Sometimes you can be shuttled there if staff is not on a break. The property is huge, so be prepared to get some steps in while they are under construction!

walking around the property to get a meal or drink was annoying. create an interior way to travel for food. sad to lose the old pond with the ducks and swans. Needed instructions for the bidet. the bidet leaked and we had to clean it up. gross.

Noise levels during the day to late afternoon due to remodeling hotel which also blocks off half the hotel. Parking costs 25 dollars per night. Bathroom fan has no off switch. Tvs are old.

Newly remodeled room and bathroom. Free breakfast. Close to freeway. Friendly staff. Seems safe.
