Broken shower rod, hard to operate shower faucet, inoperable coffee machine, deep hole in one of the double mattresses, no top sheet for the sofa bed, liquid hand soap in the shower instead of shower gel or other shower soap, leather chair torn up on the arm.
Great location and room set up. The lobby and eating spots were good too. Front desk Staff was personable.

United StatesIt is just getting run down. They need to touch up bathrooms and flooring and couches need to be cleaned. It is clear it has been a number of years since renovation. Also, the front desk did not mention that the drink vouchers need to be used by 7pm and the vouchers themselves did not reference this so we ended up not being able to use them. That policy doesn’t make a lot of sense to me and I think the property should have just honored them when presented after 7pm.
The common space is great and daily breakfast setup and options is better than most. The bed was comfortable though the sofa bed not so much (as might be expected). The gym looked nicely outfitted but we didn’t get a chance to use it. They give free drink vouchers as well.

United StatesThe fitness center was out of wipes to clean the equipment. I was happy to see a Peloton bike, but unable to sign in to my Peloton account on the bike. There were buckets in the atrium to catch the rain dripping through the skylights. Only one operating elevator.
We liked omelet station and breakfast buffet. We also enjoyed the complimentary happy hour. The staff was very personable and helpful.

United StatesOnly complaints were I didn't get the correct room.. Was supposed to have the room with a balcony, but I didn't say anything because I assumed since the hotel was completely booked, I wouldn't have been able to get another. Was a little loud with all the events going on and the teenagers being loud at all hours of the night. Elevator was also slow.
Clean room and nice staff. Room was comfortable.
