I didn't like the left overfood in the refrigerator in my room. I also didn't like pets staying/ allowed room and the elevators are kind of slow.

The breakfast was definitely a great option. They tried to keep up with the crowd. The location phenomenal. The outside very nice and cozy with the firepits.

The laziness of one female member of the housekeeping staff on our last day. Bed not made properly, bins not emptied.

The room, the breakfast, the pools. The 'manager's reception' where each night you were given free salad and snacks together with two alcoholic drinks. The bar staff were superb.

The ice maker on our floor (5) was struggling to make ice. But not a big deal. Went to a different ice machine.

The property was beautiful. Have stayed many places in Gatlinburg and this was by far the most enjoyable property. Great for kids and the whole family!

Stayed in an embassy by chance about a year ago, and I will never stay at another hotel chain. The gatlinburg location was no exception. It was beautiful, so comfortable, and the staff goes above and beyond. Even one of the maintenance staff members noticed I was struggling at breakfast with my kids and he carried our plates to our table without missing a beat. You’ve gained a customer for life!

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway and had a great time overall. The property was clean and well-maintained, though we did find a few stray hairs in the bathroom, which was a small downside. That said, the hotel itself is very nice with some awesome outdoor features that really made our stay enjoyable. The kids loved swimming in the heated outdoor pool and floating along the lazy river—especially impressive in March! Meanwhile, the adults appreciated relaxing around the fire pit. These outdoor amenities definitely made the trip special. We would absolutely consider returning in the future!

Dogs, I have my pets but would not take them to a beautiful, nice hotel to impose on others. I myself think there should be hotels that are not pet friendly so that we can go and stay without seeing pets in the dining area or pooping around the facility property’s grass. I think it’s just rude! I hope to see this change! I mean it should rank right up there with no smoking!

Tony at reception is top notch, excellent customer service. I don’t remember the name of the gentleman working the omelette bar but he was also terrific, friendly customer service. I appreciated the omelette bar at breakfast, so many American hotels have the classic powdered eggs. Very clean every where.

The only thing I’d say is that the kids got sick of walking after awhile—the property is further up the hill than some other hotel options

The property was beautiful. We loved having access to a bar and restaurant, as well as everything outside—like the hot tub, indoor pool, and fire pits. It was ideal for a family—even though it was cold outside! That just added to the fun.
