For some reason our room did not receive service, so that was disappointing. The staff at breakfast - in particular a young female server was extremely rude.

Staff was awesome! The women at check in during the day was extremely friendly. We left another hotel in the middle of our trip because the service was terrible. Check in isn’t typically until 4pm, but since we checked out of the other hotel at 11am we went straight there. Understandably did not expect to check in until 4pm but she called around 1 to say our room was ready. The gentleman at night was very friendly. The valet gentlemen were also friendly. Breakfast was great. Made to order omelettes, hot food - not just cereal and bagels. A full breakfast.

I wasn’t aware that the only available parking was valet parking rather than free on-site parking. There were no trash bags in the trash cans in our room, and there is no fan in the bathroom.

The property felt safe and the room was very comfortable - from a good quality shower, to a relaxing bed, to widely adjustable lighting and temperatures in the room. Also, the staff were wonderful and the on-site breakfast came with many options! The hotel is within walking distance of several good restaurants as well.

The hotel was great, clean, excellent breakfast. Most of the staff we dealt with were unfriendly, no smiles, not very welcoming, with the exception of Jack (I think) at the front desk, he was awesome.

Location/ parking instructions were a bit confusing since i didn’t know the area. It ended up being valet parking only which kind of bugged me at first but i ended up appreciating after going out to our event.

Well kept and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and personable. They were all accommodating, even at dinner time on a friday night, they squeezed our family in at the restaurant. Restaurant food with pretty good too!

Could not order a wake up call. Alarm clock was fixed to go off at 6:31 am no matter what I did to reset it. In fact, it verified it was set for 8:30 am but then it went off at 6:31 am anyway. The shower head was bent just enough that water from the shower flooded the entire bathroom floor. There were a lot of teenage girls there at breakfast. They were very polite and no problem at all. The problem was they all wanted to make waffles. Since the machine takes approximately 2:45 minutes and there were about 13 girls in line, it was over a 35 minute wait. Should have a second machine for use during extremely busy times. The coffee and drink cups were tiny (think European expresso itty bitty). Also the butter pats were elfin size so it took almost 10 of them just to butter the waffle (which took 40 minutes to get). I understand cost cutting measures but these were definitely negative downgrades. Even the garbage cans, including the bathroom, had no liners. Just imagining what may end up in some of those garbage cans makes me feel sorry for housekeeping.

The location and surrounding area strongly incentivized me to use the valet for an additional $25 per 24 hours. Our room was silently downgraded from a luxury king to a double queen, affecting the tone of what was supposed to be a romantic anniversary. There was a STRONG (overwhelming) smell of some kind of cleaner in the 4th floor common area that we got to bask in every time we went to/from our room and the elevator. The room felt adequate for $200, EXTREMELY disappointing for $328. The rest of the hotel gave a "budget luxury" impression but the room could not possibly be described as luxury with a straight face. There was absolutely nothing to distinguish it from a room half the price except, perhaps, square footage. It was exactly like staying at a Marriot for $125 a night except larger. One of the walls in our room had a huge black scuff on it, and other very obvious damage hastily "repaired" around the room. Some previous guest's makeup brush was on the floor. The beds were comfortable enough, but we both woke up repeatedly with unfamiliar hip/back soreness.

The hotel restaurant was nice, and the 2 complementary drink tickets were welcome. Pool and fitness room were clean and in good order. Staff was excellent, patient, and helpful. Included wifi was convenient. Breakfast was the best part of the stay. The energetic and talented person at the omelette station almost made up for the room... almost.

Pillows were awful in the room, tiny and flat. The valet only was not that great. Let customers know that is their only option. Some people don’t want to pay valet after paying about 200 a night. Housekeeping not great, didn’t replenish toilet paper or sugar for in room coffee station. Had to use tissues for toilet paper out last day.

Room was great. Food was excellent at restaurant and the free drinks were a plus. Omelet station was great. The guy working that Friday making omelets needs a raise because he was an omelet making machine.

The thing I didn't like was there was no knock for room service & when we left the beds were not made. I wasn't informed we had to ask for it! Also the pillows were very uncomfortable & oddly small.
