The only thing is the pool smelled a lot like chlorine. Of course it’s supposed to but maybe some kind of circulation throughout the pool area to let some fresh air in.

I liked that the pictures look exactly like it in person. I love hotels with indoor pools. The suite was huge!

room smell, dirty carpets furniture could use some cleaning instead of a quick wipe down. sofa mattress was stained glass door to balcony was dirty. lastly no chef for room service. also so much parking on-site and is $25 a night.

Rooms weren’t clean very well behind couches were filthy. Had too call more that 2 times to get ahold of room service. Rooms cold asked for heater brought a broke heater.

I was sent to the wrong room that was already booked the lady thought I was trying to break in smh. The handle of the bathroom door was broke, the shower head was broke, there was red stuff on the carpet.

More maintenance. Went to the pool around 3pm and it was dirty, towels everywhere. Then dirty dishes on the hallway.

Room was dark. Cleaning crew could have done a better job. Coffee stains in sink after their cleaning. Could have a larger food menu for folks who want to stay in at night. Would be a convenience and a money maker. Room too cold.

Staff was excellent. Provided us with a heater when room was too cold.

The fact that the hotel in booking.com is described as 4 stars. Housekeeping services were inadequate. We stayed in total 6 nights and during all our stay no sheets were changed. After the second night the beds were not made up and new coffee bags were not supplied. I complaint in the front desk and they apologized offering couple of bottle waters for free. Nevertheless next day housekeeping did the same. It crossed my mind that it might is a tip thing. I come from Europe and we don't leave tip in the room. Furthermore we use debit cards and we didn't have dollar bills to do it.

We have stayed in the past in Embassy Suites. The hotel is nice for business visits in the area and the suites are spacious. Breakfast is basic but it's OK.

The inside pool was cool when i came it was alote of kids there so you didn't get no time in the pool

There were some stains on the couch, and they didn't have shower gel or any wash cloths.

Paid for early check in and late check out was denied both via email and in person. Parking was $25 a night and was not validated for paying guests. TVs had input connections but had all input switching methods disabled. At the time of my visit the back elevator was out of service, and the water filling station I was informed of was just a normal sipping water fountain

Elevators took a long time getting to the 6th floor. The night club took up most of the parking Friday night, there were so many people by 10pm

John, when we checked in he was so informative and kind. We had just driven in from northern CA and were on the road for 5 hours, so it was nice to be greeted and taken care of by a friendly face.

Unfortunately the room was not clean . The toilet seat had urine stains , the bed had hairs on it and there were cigarette buds on the balcony, which tells me nothing was ever cleaned out there. Also a piece of plastic on the floor in the living room area.

The breakfast was good and I liked that they offered fresh made omelettes and eggs in addition to the standard scrambled eggs.

I liked the friendliness and amazing customer service the staff provided. The gentleman from Whittier, CA was exceptional. Catarina also was extremely helpful with a list of restaurants to visit.
