We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe only issue we had was when we paid the room deposit with cash, although the lady that checked us in was nice she had troubles doing the cash. Stood there an extra 10 min for her to figure it out, then she finally said she got it. I think she knew we was taking awhile because she accommodated us with 2 free snacks from the snack area, which was GREAT customer service. However, We got checked in but the next morning they charged the card we paid for the room with for the amount of the room plus the $100 deposit that we initially paid for in cash. Anywho, when we saw the charge that morning, it was another lady at the desk name Jasmine, came through and helped us out. She was really good and patient. She even gave us a few more hours to stay in the room before check out, which was also GREAT customer service. Everything is taken care of now. Thank you both!

United StatesOur first room had toilet paper in the toilet, and it wouldn't flush. Nobody who has traveled all day and drug their stuff to one room wants to change rooms. 2nd room we had a light out. The maintenance man came in with a light bulb. Our rooms walks had something splashed on them. The room needs a top to bottom deep clean. Later that night, our toilet seat became very, very loose. We didn't bug the gal at the counter, who seemed inconvenienced by us already, so we just dealt with it being loose the whole night. We came out of our room for breakfast around 6:45am, and the guy "working" at the desk whipped his head off the desk like we woke him from a slumber. The elevator wouldn't come down from the 3rd floor. There were fans on the floors in the lobby, and there were chunks missing out of front of the hotel. Also, it was hard to find. We've been traveling for a week, and this was one of the worst places we stayed in. We have had good luck with Holiday Inn Express hotels before, but this one was sub par.
The bed was comfortable. The maintenance man was nice and professional. The breakfast was great, and the woman filling the food was polite.

United StatesThe water came out green and yellow and water lines were full of air. The toilet was awful. When you sit down your male private parts were hanging in the water. The water level in the toilet was way too high. Very gross when you sit down and you’re hanging in the water. The room needs darling drapes. The blinds do not keep the light out.

United StatesMattresses seemed old and not real comfortable. The pool was not available....one of the reasons we chose this location was the pool. The entrance was hard to find for the property. We had difficulty connecting to the internet...needed to go down to the front desk for help....not much explanation given other than to say the internet is sporadic. Had to go down to the front desk because our room phone would not call down....did not work.
The breakfast was above average with a variety of items. Area was clean and well stocked. Staff was friendly and helpful. I did end up using the exercise room and appreciated the tread mill
