We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The window shear curtain was ripped. a black mark on the wall by door. There was hair conditioner in bathroom no hair shampoo Outside in the seating area the light fixture was hanging out of it’s socket.
Beds are good. The staff very friendly. Staff tried very hard to please our concerns. Breakfast was good as expected. We were there for one night so I didn’t get to see the exercise area or pool. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

When we mentioned it should be posted up that it's closed or under construction, she stated we never asked. The room was not worth the price and the TV was broken in the room. United StatesThe hotel should remove the pool as a feature. We were refused access to the pool. We were told it was “under maintenance” & that it was “too cold”. This was an indoor pool, so it was B.S. There was minimal staff. Hotel was overbooked & I was forced take a different room than the type I booked or go elsewhere. Even that room was not ready & had no towels. The “complimentary” breakfast was not available during the time advertised, since the front desk clerk was spending time between the dining / kitchen & the laundry & the desk. Charge more & hire a team.
