Our room was on main floor which allowed people to look down into our room from the parking area- not great but there were good blinds. For the price a little disappointing. We were told there was espresso in the lobby, but it was broken our entire stay. Also the $50 per fee seems excessive for our small well behaved dog. Security is understandable, but the lobby was freezing so it would have been nice if door to patio was unlocked during breakfast hours- many people struggled to carry dishes and have to use key card every time to go back and forth.

Location was good for what we needed- though it’s basically in a parking lot with other businesses they did a fair job with site amenities to provide a patio experience. Clean and beds were comfortable.

You could hear the neighbor upstairs walking about and phone alarms. Better insulation between room so you can’t hear others would be appreciated.

Breakfast can be an issue. Waiting to give and get your order, almost no vegan options, only 2 available real tables. And the biggest issue of all ..very, very, very small plates available to eat. It's very un-practical.

Met up with my brother his room cost was $120/ night And he had a couch. Mine was smaller and I paid 189/ night. The bathroom light was automatic, but when you need to use it during the night it blinds you. You need something softer.

We were unable to adjust the room temperature. It was set on 73 and if we tried to adjust it down, the room remained at 73 degrees which was a little warm for us at night. We spoke to someone at the receptionist desk and they said they could control it, but it didn’t help.

Very clean hotel. The treadmills were nice. Also, the breakfast was delicious and they had free wine and beer and cheese and crackers that was nice.

Literally need new pillows. They need to upgrade their staff kindness because the breakfast people were a little rude to the Hispanic people and the front desk. People were a little rude to. They need to clean a little better, solid pepper head dust on it and we stayed queen.

I liked everything that the hotel provided: comfort, warmth, and silence. The room was big enough and included a kitchen, adding to the cozy feeling. The breakfast was delicious, featuring fresh berries, oranges, and apples every morning, along with a wide variety of egg dishes. I usually chose sunny-side-up eggs with a piece of whole-grain bread and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location was amazing, making it easy to access many places, including trails. I would like to return to this hotel during my next visit to Oregon.
